We were disappointed by two days in this structure, (luckily we only spent a weekend) during the booking phase we were told that we could have lunch and dinner a la carte in their restaurant, warning a few hours before instead we were forced to migrate to the outside for every meal because they were busy for various events. However, the maximum of the managerial inability was reached on Sunday for lunch when we were practically EXPUNGED from the structure (AND NOT ONLY FROM THE POOL) because they had an event to celebrate by denying us any decent place to be able to consume even just a few quick dishes from the "soft menu" pool lunch "using the words of one of the managers as a textual motivation:" BUT SO MUCH TO EAT A FRISA "(in practice, according to them, even standing or outside the room we could have lunch and wait there for 3 hours for the outdoor spaces to free ..... obviously we went out, on our return we contacted them to get back our deck chairs at the pool which arrived after about an hour .... last but not least the evening before departure around 11pm (returning from another dinner out) we found the structure with the reception closed without any manager or anyone of the staff present, we were practically abandoned to us ste ssi with the gate open all night nor anyone who answered the telephone and whatsapp contacts provided to us for any need we needed. We had come here to close our holiday in Puglia with two days of simple relaxation but in practice we were forced to go back and forth continuously and in the few hours inside the structure we did not receive the slightest attention. I honestly think that there are a lot of things to correct in the management, we should reserve comfortable spaces that can be used by guests even for when there are ceremonies in the structure, always giving them attention and staff on hand so as not to make them feel abandoned or alternatively I recommend giving up receptivity when it is not possible to do it right. We would also have to complain about some staff elements (especially a girl) often rude and unwilling to be kind to those who pay to be treated properly (oh by the way ... the cloth napkin used at breakfast to wrap the gluten-free sandwich we left the little girl in the room we didn't bring it to our house) but I stop here because some other staff member tried to do their job well. I leave two stars only because the structure is certainly beautiful but it deserves a very different management.
