Hotel Ristorante la Lanterna

We went on a school trip and expected better. Very far from Naples, the food is not good and almost all of it is packaged, almost all the toilet flushes didn't work well, there are very few spaces in the rooms to store your things, the water from the shower doesn't come down well because they don't clean the shower head and the limestone remains, many sockets were not safe, the doors don't close from inside, there is no rai on television and Mediaset mainly takes the rosario, the bread was always old. The rooms are all dirty and they don't know how to clean the dust, we found hair in the toilet, in the shower and under the blankets, the pillows stink and are very uncomfortable, the same goes for the mattress and it was full of dust. The staff is very unprepared (they didn't know what vegan meant), rude and late. The water tastes like sulfur and bleach and caused burning in the face and eyes. Once the toilet paper ran out they didn't bring any more, the hot water arrives after a long time and sometimes it doesn't work. Ambiguous calls come from the telephone in the room. The communal seats are broken, many shower doors have come off and the fans in the bathroom are very loud and the mirror light doesn't work. In some rooms the mochet was dirty. The rooms for 4 are much larger than the rooms for 2. Terrible breakfast and they always gave us the same thing. False information about breakfast and there was a piano in the hotel that didn't work. Few elevators and one even stopped with people inside. There are cracks on the roofs and the dining room is very cold. On the day of the linen change they did not change the towels.

Mio figlio è stato ospite di questo albergo per tre giorni e due notti durante la gita scolastica. Si è trovato bene, personale gentile e disponibile e buon cibo. Dovevano essere ospiti di un altro albergo che ha disdetto la prenotazione all'ultimo momento, ma è contento di essere stato qui.

Sono appena stata in gita con I ragazzi. Non male, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camerieri simpatici e molto generosi nelle porzioni del cibo. Cena varia e colazione ok. Ciro super gentile, con ripetuti assaggi dei cibi locali e porzioni molto abbondanti

Albergo molto adatto alle scolaresche, con ampi spazi, anche esterni, dotato di camere di tutte le tipologie. Personale gentile, accogliente e accomodante, sempre pronto ad andare incontro alle esigenze dei ragazzi. Camere accoglienti e pulite. Cena abbondante.

Albergo situato nell'interland della città, un po' datato ma accogliente e adeguato ad accogliere gruppi di studenti. Personale cortese, paziente e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Cucina semplice con prodotti locali.

Pulizia pessima, sangue nella moquette, urina , e capelli, peli *****i nei bagni, asciugamani sporchi di muffa ed altro... Cibo immangiabile, pasta cotta e ricotta, niente menù, molte persone si sono sentiti male PESSIMO SCARSO ORRIBILE

Nous avons séjourné à l hôtel et pris le repas du soir et petit-déjeuner. Repas du soir pâtes servi comme à la cantine .plat pelure d aubergines la peau seulement et poulet un fruit ensuite .au petit-déjeuner petite assiette à déjeuner avec 1 tranche de jambon blanc 1 tranche de fromage pain de la veille 1 croissant . Chambre et ensemble manque entretient .

Le personnel est très sympathique mais l’hôtel tombe en ruines. Rouille, plâtre qui se décolle, plafond écaillé salle de sport HS. Vraiment juste pour aller dormir sans avoir beaucoup d’exigences. Erreur d’informatique, on voulait me faire payer la chambre alors que c’était déjà payé à la réservation. Se battre en italien ce n’est pas facile ! Niveau hygiène aussi, rideaux sales, peut-être tachés ? Mas pas top.

I camerieri sono efficenti, mentre la cucina e molto scadente, le camere sporche e poco funzionali. Sconsigliatissimo per la zona. Le tazzine avvolte sono sporche la biancheria non viene cambiata, le docce sono sporche e poco funzionali,
