Really great hotel, with good amenities and friendly staff. Gluten free breakfast provided on request. A good location for commuting into Paris for the day on the RER (fast train). The rooms are spacious and clean and beds are comfortable.

The waiters refused to serve me until I complained. I stood there from 11:15 am until 1:15 pm before they serve me after I yelled at them. Although I came before, they served other White patrons before me. For 2 hours. I almost called my lawyer.

Sadly, the wifi was down without a back-up alternative. The temperature in the room was too high and the cooling system was also not in service (not sure if it was down due to a technical fault or because the staff decided not to activate it at this time of the year). The only positive was the breakfast. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

y a un jour sur Google Je me suis rendu à cet hôtel pour des besoins professionnels. Au départ j ai été très agréablement surpris par le cadre. Mais à grande surprise lorsque je me suis couché j ai constaté que les draps n étaient pas lavé et qu il y avait des restes d excrément sur le drap housse (voir la photo). J ai été obligé de dormir à même le matelas. Le lendemain, j ai fait part de mon mécontentement auprès de la réceptionniste. Il a fallu que j insiste afin d avoir une chambre digne de ce nom. J ai également rencontré la responsable qui s est excusé mais aucun geste commercial. Malgré la cadre soit parfait je trouve honteux de louer une chambre dans un tel état et c est une honte. Dommage que la note zéro n existe pas.

Très beau cadre sur le thème du cheval, bon accueil du personnel à la réception, le personnel d’entretien est réactif à la demande du client. Protocole sécurisé la nuit, il faut sonner pour pouvoir rentrer dans l’établissement. Petit bémol concernant la restauration et la politique anti gaspillage, l’absence de plateau est questionnante et amène à devoir manger et couper les viennoiseries à même la table. Très beau buffet au niveau du petit déjeuner, le choix est vaste, il faut être difficile pour ne pas y trouver son bonheur. Nous avons pu observer durant 1h30 un problème d’insonorisation au niveau des chambres, certaines personnes ont des progrès à faire en terme de civisme et de respect. Il serait interessant de mettre à disposition dans les chambres un listing téléphonique afin de pouvoir contacter la réception en cas de besoin. Petit plus concernant le parking gratuit, qui est bien appréciable.
