Simple but clean and nice hotel. Rooms are nice, well equipped. The hosts & their team are very friendly and support you whenever they can. Breakfast is excellent. We usually also have dinner here and its one of the best restaurants in Saas Fee. We definitely will return.

This hotel is lovely with friendly staff, great continental breakfast, with good choice, it is very clean and in a convenient location for access to Saas Fee shops, bars and restaurants. My single room was very well furnished and bed was comfy.

Hello Aneth and Martin, we love your hotel and amazing food!!! Our best memories will be on the Essstube patio, having après food and drinks with good music! Great wellness room and the mattresses are very comfortable :)

Suite is outstanding, view from there is like no other. Food is tasty and plenty. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Terasse outside is the best in Saas-fee. Location is nice, village is small so everything is close.

Nous avons été très déçus par l'accueil. L'hôtel Marmotte a des allures d'hôtel familial mais le client n'est pas accueilli, sauf pour payer. Au restaurant, si la nourriture était bonne, les serveuses n'ont pas de courtoisie et le patron est carrément désagréable. La chambre a certes un balcon mais aucune vue. La déco est cheap et les salles de bains sont vieillottes. Service au rabais et non sympathique. A éviter

C’est rare dans mes commentaires, mais pour une fois, je recommande vivement d’éviter cet hôtel. L’accueil est vraiment problématique. On a l’impression de déranger le propriétaire. La cuisine est bonne, les chambres sont propres. Le personnel fait de son mieux malgré un patron mal élevé, sans l’ombre de courtoisie élémentaire.

Excellent hotel + restaurant rapport qualité prix… un très bon accueil… un personnel très arrangeant… de belles chambres… une décoration très originale… une carte au restaurant de qualité… un service tip top… le prix pourrait paraître cher mais on n’y pense plus lorsqu’on voit arriver les assiettes tellement elle est goulue 😋

Séjournant à deux couples, nous nous sommes vus proposer l’appartement très agréable situé en-haut de l’hôtel: deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain, un grand salon lumineux avec cuisine ouverte. Comme nous sommes arrivés un dimanche soir, pas de service pour venir nous chercher au parking, nous avons dû payer (cher) un taxi. Mais au retour, l’hôtel nous l’a aimablement offert parce que le chauffeur n’était pas disponible. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très complet, idéal avant une journée de ski. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de déposer nos skis et chaussures dans un local de l’hôtel au pied du Metro Alpin. Le restaurant Essstube de l’hôtel est excellent: une belle soirée de niveau gastronomique. Les commodités du village sont toute proches à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommanderons cet hôtel à nos amis… et vive le Magicpass qui nous permet de sillonner les pistes de Saas Fee en habitués des Alpes vaudoises!
