Hotel Olympia Touristic Village

It's a shame such a nice place and location but the food it's disgusting breakfast average ala carte dinner as a holiday package fish sea bass it's a crime they seemed like boiled a one hundred of them and just reheat on frying pan with a bit of olive oil steak couldn't even cutt it with a knife salad how can you get that wrong as well pasta and spaghetti like student food I wouldn't return only because of food hotel and villas are lovely It's such a shame

Very bad . Dont wast your money in this hotel. Every thing is torible a special the toilets hygiene is 0 smells very bad. I will not recommend specially if you are family with kids. Me i have very bad experiences in this hotel

We stayed here for 5 nights and we barely booked, starting with the reception the girl was amazing smiling she did all she could, the newly built hotel was perfect but we got the villas, here we go the villas still old and not updated at all, they have forgotten to upgrade the villas, AC is terrible in the villas, the pool amazing, the staff at the hotel and pool they were perfect, but the staff at the relax restaurant they were worse some of them did not care to serve and here is the main part we ordered pizza and they said pizza will take more than an hour and we walked to the hotel and they said 30 min and they did serve the pizza well done to hotel staff but the restaurant by the sea they just dont care. The care taker of the beach he was always active and smiley. There is no safe guard at the beach if you happen to drown in the water no safe guard is there be careful. Parking lacks there, beach and water are crystal.

I have had the misfortune of staying at the Olympia Touristic Village in Vlore, and I can honestly say it was a nightmare experience from start to finish. If you are considering booking this hotel, think again! Firstly, the service was absolutely deplorable. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and instead seemed more interested in talking to each other or on their phones. They barely answered our questions and seemed rude when we tried to ask for help. The room itself was a disaster. It was dirty and uninviting with stains on the floor and furniture. The bathroom was terrible, with mold in the shower and a weird smell that never seemed to go away. The food at the hotel restaurant was nothing to rave about either. The selection was limited and the taste was subpar. It felt like they used the cheapest possible ingredients with no regard for quality or taste. I've had better food at fast food restaurants. The pool area was disappointing as well. The pool was dirty and the water did not look inviting at all. The sunbeds were broken and there weren't enough of them for all the guests, so we had to lie on hard concrete slabs instead. I don't understand how this hotel can call themselves "tourist village". It was no paradise or tourist destination at all. It was just a huge disappointment. In conclusion, the Olympia Touristic Village in Vlore is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If you want to avoid a totally miserable vacation experience, I strongly recommend that you look for other options. Save your money and time and avoid this horrible place at all costs!

Employees are good but owners are so hungry for money , breakfast is open buffet but if you take second plate you need to pay . Dinner is not enough you need to choose only 2 plate . Dont wast your money

Hotel is new and it has nice sea view but that's it. It has no good service, they need to have more staff for cleaning because they work very long hours and can't afford to make up the rooms at time, so they just change the towels. Breakfast could be different one day from another and not the same. The location is very close to the street and you could hear the noise of the cars during the night. They played music at the pool in a very very hight volume until late, and it was difficult for my child to sleep. The worst thing is that after 7.00 PM there was no hot water. We came every day from the beach and had to shower with very cold water. I called the reception, they assured it just for one day and the next days it was the same. Food very poor. Prices very high comparing to what you receive (and this kind of service I found in all the restaurants around) They can renovate the furniture at the beach because most of them are very old. Not worthy for what you pay.

I spend it some days on this called “Villa Village” but there is nothing to do with Villas. The staff there was far from being normal to treat well costumers and especially tourists. I would never want to see that faces again! They looking at the tourists like they want it to say what hell you doing here! The managements attitude was like eat and shut it up. On the breakfast there was from only eggs some cucumbers, tomato’s and Melons and more to make it worse, 6-8 personnel’s looking visitors always when they take it on their plates. I would never ever suggest anyone to go on this disgusting place. My opinion is that TripAdvisor should forever ban this place so the people to not be on the further suffering from fake advertisements. I will never go again….

I had lunch today with my family and everyone was disappointed. Pizzas very dry, risotto not cooked and stake was everything else but the stake, salad not fresh, beer not cooled and grape rakija not good. Not recommended at all.

Arrived at the hotel at midnight after a long airplane trip and 3 hours car drive and my booking didn’t even exist, they didn’t care, so I had to book another hotel as a walk-in guest. The day after they didn’t even answer messages or e-mails.
