The hotel was very neat. Rooms were cleaned daily.
The hot breakfast was limited and tasteless.

Pros: Friendly people- great location-helpful staff- great water pressure in the shower
Cons: two-ton neighbor stomping above us into the wee hours of the morning -
Bed and pillows are uncomfortable-
Breakfast leaves something to be desired-

The staffwas professional and helpful. We checked out on a Friday coming back to check in again on Monday. They allowed us to store 3 suitcases at the hotel which was very very helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. Only issue was the “business center” which consisted of a stand alone printer in the lobby with no computer. It was impossible to connect with our phone or iPad to print boarding passes. Staff confirmed no one knew passcode to connect. Would expect better from a Hilton property.

Nothing unique but the check in person Evan had to much conversation upon check in about himself. It was all about him, his other job, what the other employees call him. All about him and not taking in consideration that travelers may just want to check in and
relax.
There were no trash can liners in room or at front desk

We have been many times with a review of excellence. This the first time we were not impressed. It was noisy with children playing into the late evening beyond 10:30pm
Early morning was also noisy.

Great but I agree with another customer who said that the pillows have absolutely no shape. But overall a very great place to stay!
