Чисто, уютно, отдельно отмечу матрасы - отлично выспались. В номере есть все необходимое из банных принадлежностей. Останавливаемся не первый раз, после утомительной дороги самое то побаловать себя и отдохнуть.

Poor service and very unfriendly staff! I asked for vanity kit and was told by the room service that they are provided only to the deluxe room! Seriously, cotton pads only in the deluxe rooms?! This is not a 2 star hotel, but unfortunately it deserves even 0! Fully disappointed! Never to book it again!

The most annoying were housekeepers who keep reminding me that the cleaning of the rooms is just till 5pm. I couldn’t get the feeling of relax at this hotel on my vacation and eventually had to move to airbnb apartment so no one bother me with their reminders about cleaning my room. The housekeepers are not nice, they don’t smile to you, they don’t talk in nicely tone. The better type of room doesn’t have a bathtub, just a shower. The way the shower floor is designed-has no inclination so all the water stays. The air conditioner is cheap system and barely working. The nightstand doesn’t have drawers so had to keep my staff outside. The breakfast ends terribly early 10:30! Who can make it that early? The wardrobe is small and not enough drawers. I don’t know whom they bribed to get their stars. The reception girls were very nice, especially Юля. Location is noisy

Останавливались в отеле в декабре 2023 г. Остались позитивные эмоции от пребывания: 1. Удобная мягкая кровать и постельное белье хрустящее, приятное - спалось сладко! 2. Твердая пятерка вкладу в устойчивое развитие - стеклянные кувшины - топ! (+ полезно ходить за водой). Первый раз вижу, очень одобряю. Все напитки в баре-холодильнике в стекле. Кофемашина в номере (номер категории Privilege Room). Все средства для душа стационарные (шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, жидкое мыло, лосьон), отличного качества. Все принадлежности в бумажных пакетиках, ушные палочки из бумаги. 3. Отличный шведский стол (джемы, масло, варенье не в одноразовых упаковках). Отличный кофе, каши, фрукты, красная и белая рыба, отличные кальмары. 4. Стабильный интернет в номерах и лобби. 5. Наличие подземного паркинга. 6. Отличная вентиляция в номере. По температуре было очень комфортно. 7. Вежливый персонал, отличная уборка. Успехов и процветания!

Сначала подумалось, вот он - идеальный отель! Ну все хорошо - и номера, и качество, прям отлично! И надо же такой дури быть… В номерах установлена общая система кондиционирования, в номере на стенке есть пульт управления, но… Он ничем не управляет. У него лишь функция вкл и выкл. Отрегулировать температуру нельзя - летом она дует только 22,5 градуса, а зимой теплом. Это мне сказал мастер по их обслуживанию в этом отеле, когда я пожаловался, что не работает пульт. А он, оказывается, и не должен! И еще. Передвигаться между этажами можно только на лифте - на лестницах двери открываются лишь в одну сторону, что неудобно. Поэтому только 4.

Хороший отель для путешественников и деловых поездок. Расположен в центре города, есть парковка, вокруг много магазинов и ресторанов с кафе. Удобная кровать, шумоизоляция в норме, вкусные завтраки. Кровать удобная. Персонал отзывчивый. Цена- качество отличные.

Был в этом отеле пару лет назад. Уровень сервиса резко упал. Стены обшарпанные. Ковровые дорожки грязные . Первый раз столкнулся с подземной парковкой. Жуткое место. Но самое главное - отсутствие room-service!!! И отсутствие воды в номерах - под «зеленым» дивизии - «мы против загрязнения планеты пластиком»!!!??? Очередь гостей с чайниками у кулера (одного на этаже)! Пишу отзыв в апреле, через месяц после посещения, так как только что останавливался в Mercury в Париже. Колоссальная разница! У них бутылки с водой СТЕКЛЯННЫЕ!

Март 2023г. Худший Mercure из нескольких посещённых городов! 1. При заезде в номере мусорное ведро было полно детскими памперсами. 2. Халатов не предоставляют (в других Меркюрах всегда были). 3. В номерах нет воды, стоит пустой кувшин (узкий, неудобно перемыть при необходимости), воду надо наливать из кулера на этаже (гуляешь ночью в пижаме, ага, а халатов – мы помним – нет). Кувшин, кстати, в кулер еле помещается, как и чайник. 4. На завтраке вся горячая еда – холодная (отличный каламбурчик, но грустная реальность): яичница, блинчики, бекон, сосиски, сырники. 5. Самый огонь (в прямом смысле слова): все 4 дня в номере температура была 28-32 градуса, система кондиционирования не работала, а окно открывалось только нараспашку, на проветривание не держалось. Либо тропики, либо сразу Арктика. После первой просьбы сказали, что в номере нужно разобрать потолок, чтобы починить систему вентиляции, «пока Вы днём отсутствуете, всё сделаем без шума и пыли», потом сообщили, что и потолок разбирать не пришлось, но температура не поменялась. Затем менеджер сообщил, что в отеле установлено 2 варианта температуры: летняя и зимняя, как форма у солдат – терпите. А окна якобы наоборот открываются только на проветривание, а для полного открытия нужно письменное заявление (видимо, предыдущий жилец моего номера не дождался заявления).
