The worst, bad service, rude. We have already booked a room and sold our room to someone else. When we arrived, there was no room for the customer and they told us to book another hotel. And told us to sleep somewhere else and then told us to cancel with the hotel, which we could not cancel and we could not get our money back. But the hotel told us to cancel because there was no room for us. But in fact, we had already booked and paid in full. The service is the worst. If you have children, tell your children or grandchildren not to book and stay at this hotel. The worst service I have ever encountered in my life. It's like we are asking to stay for free even though we have already paid everything, every single baht. The water system in the bathroom is extremely slow.
