Lovely stay here! All staff was so friendly! Definitely wont be our last time here! So recommended!

Frm arrival, stay and departure, the experience was certainly great! Resort staff was courteous, pleasant and always smiling to us. Special memtion to Ms Hannani at Tourist desk, she is very helpful and knowledgeable abt the various attractions. Overall, a serene and quiet environment for a getaway trip.

It was an excellent stay.. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves.. Pity that it was raining most days.. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Best value for 5 stars hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Beach is public beach but feels like private since there's not too many people.

The location are perfect. We choose the beach front unit and the kids live it. They woke up from sleep and straight away run to the beach. The pool is amazing. And it’s clean too. This is perfect for family with toddlers.

Warm welcome from Natasha set the tone for a great stay. My pool-view room was clean, comfy, and had easy access to the cascade pool, though it was a bit far from the lobby despite my request. Buggy service is handy but can take 15–30 minutes at busy times. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would happily return and also special thanks to all the staff for their genuine friendliness and hospitality.

The view was beautiful and the room was clean, with direct access to the beach. However, the breakfast had very limited choices.

The service this year was much better than last year. A special shout-out to the staff member who drove the shuttle and helped us with our luggage. He was also incredibly helpful with translation, as our English isn't strong and he speaks Mandarin. His service attitude was truly excellent. I'd suggest the hotel consider having a Mandarin-speaking translator available. This would greatly facilitate communication, especially given the increasing number of Chinese guests staying here. The newly renovated swimming pool is indeed beautiful.

We had fabulous experience staying in Pelangi Langkawi (this is the 3rd time) 🤭 Amazing staff, facilities esp the pool, not to forget the breakfast by the beach.. We also like to highlight 2 receptionist during our check-in and stay. Kudos and thumbs up to Nas & Danial. Thank you as you guys had light up our stay in Langkawi 🫰🏼

This was hands down the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Malaysia, and my friends were equally impressed. The service was impeccable, and the amenities were top-notch. Our rooms were individual wooden chalets, which made them incredibly quiet, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Our sea-view room opened directly onto the ocean; it was bright, spacious, and had a generously sized bathroom. Each independent chalet comprised multiple rooms. They provided four complimentary bottles of water, with more available upon request. The hotel also offered free yoga classes. Unfortunately, we only stayed for two nights and didn't get to experience many of the facilities. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with two restaurants offering different cuisines. The Asian restaurant had tastier food, but the American restaurant boasted unparalleled views, being right by the sea and allowing you to enjoy breakfast facing the ocean. I couldn't resist the shrimp noodles at the Asian restaurant, so I ended up eating there for both days. The hotel features two very clean swimming pools, a beautiful artificial lake, and various other recreational facilities. Water sports bookings were available right next to the hotel, including banana boat rides and jet skiing. Next time, I'll definitely come just to relax and fully enjoy the hotel's offerings.

It was great and a beautiful resort for families who want to have everything in one place.

The resort is beautifully designed in a Malay-style, with a spacious compound. For convenience, you can call for their buggy service, as it may take 5–10 minutes to walk from the room to the main lobby, or even further to the gym. The property is right next to the beach, and guests can also enjoy the swimming pool with a fun water playground. On the downside, the room had leaking issues during rain, and the wooden balcony looks aged and in need of maintenance. The location is at the end of Pantai Cenang, making it a quiet area, but you’ll need to drive out for easier access to shops and restaurants.

The rooms were lovely and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only ten minutes from the airport on the beautiful Cenang beach.

This is my 2nd visit to the hotel and I will back again. :) Pelangi resort has been renovated. The old kid dinosaur swimming has been dismantled and replaced by a more modern kid swimming pool. The pool is quite functional as it is separated to 2 different height ( toddler vs young kids) The hotel has improvised their hospitality towards kids by forming up a kiddie clue. They offer plenty of engaging activities for the kids. Parents get to rest and relaxed while kids are busy with their own stuffs. Win-win.
