Great place. We had a room on the 6th floor. Exceedingly hot. I opened the only large window and there was no screen. I came back a few hours later to sleep, the room was still very hot and I could not count the number of mosquitos biting me. So I stayed up after closing the window and killing each one. They did provide a plug in repellant, which shows they care, but a simple screen would have allowed me to leave the window open instead of sleeping with sweat and bites.

Убожество с большой буквы! На месте владельца отеля было бы стыдно селить в такую гостишку. Начиная с входной двери,которую не открыть🤦♀️Ковролин это что-то с чем-то,по нему даже в обуви противно идти. Лифт это отдельный экпонат этого отеля...достался нам, видимо,номер без ремонта(515), причем по цене далеко не дешево, это даже словами не описать, но жить пришлось, благо всего лишь ночь переночевать надо было..... ужас,ужас и еще раз ужас. ...

Номер "Люкс" президентский, 4 этаж, рассчитан на проживание 4х человек или 5х (с маленьким ребёнком), сразу предупреждают, что переносные кроваток нет. На ресепшн приятный и вежливый персонал. В самом номере из недостатков: в одной из ванной комнат - душ не переключился с душевой дейки сверху на душевой шлан внизу, а во второй - и вовсе был сломан. Сразу будьте готовы, что на прогрев воды требуется 7-10 мин. На такую площадь номера всего 2 свободных розетки для зарядки, без розеток в ванной и тех, что предназначены для TV. Так же, 2 мусорных ведра недостаточно на семью из 4-5 че местном размещении л. И почему-то, всего 3 подушки и одеяла при 4х местном размещении. Завтрак скудный (одна каша на выбор, 2-3 сухих завтрака, сосиски, картофель и творожная запеканка, остальное закуски: сыр, колбаса, овощи, маринованные овощи и консервированный ананас), из свежих фруктов - только яблоки, а для людей с пищевыми аллергиями совсем нечего будет выбрать, к сожалению.

Постараюсь конструктивно и правдиво рассказать о своем опыте проживания в отеле Выборг - 1 сутки. Плюсы: - расположение очень удобное - стоимость - хороший завтрак - хороший матрас Минусы: - неприветливый персонал - заселение в 15 часов (выезд в 12) - проживали в номере 701, сначала не обратили внимание, в номере было 2 фумигатора, 7 этаж... Ночью была нескончаемая битва с полчищами комаров, я не преувеличиваю и не могу это объяснить. Мы подсчитали, за ночь мы вели неравный бой с тремя десятками комаров. Фумигаторы включили, но они не помогали. До утра практически не могли спать, утром у меня лицо и рука распухли от укусов и началась аллергия. Посмотрела отзывы, я так поняла, мы не единственные, кто столкнулся с комарами, на 2 этаже в ресторане их тоже было много. И администрация в курсе, раз в номере было 2 фумигатора. Ощущение, что мы попали в сценарий фильма ужаса, мрачный номер с десятками атакующих комаров. Хочу забыть это, как страшный сон. Никому не рекомендую. Были мысли подать иск за причинение вреда здоровью и не соответствие предоставляемых услуг, но это займет очень много сил и времени.
