Must be praised as soon as you enter the front desk, the young lady is very warm and generous, and the hotel room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. 酒店前台牛皮哦，我自己的包包反反覆覆被確認是不是我的東西，無語事件，我喊調監控，前台説不確認我是不是住房的人不調監控，呵呵….自己工作範圍之內的事被説成自己好心，我的包沒有出旺蒼山大酒店的嘛，是你好心你好心，好心能為難我從外地跑旺蒼取包包，也是厲害，真的衹差一步報了警！體驗感極差！

服務態度極差，13號早上退房高個服務員不給開發票，無奈之下衹好拿出昨天的發票給她看才很不情願的開了，板著臉好像誰欠她的一樣，説一大堆不情願的話，好像老闆給她沒發工資了一樣，這樣的服務衹能毀掉企業。

應該曾經輝煌過，氣勢還擺在那裡。設施有些老舊，疏於維護了。建議如門鎖損壞、洗手枱漏水、洗澡間滲水做些簡單維修處理。做成平價酒店，性價比路線，靈魂還在。總體性價比還不錯。好評。

優點是房間設施還行，衞生間也沒異味，早餐也很豐富，自來水水量很大，水温也足夠，房間不臨街很安靜！缺點是這個價格了礦泉水都要收費，最讓人不能忍受的是大樓的KTV聲音太大，一直唱到半夜12點！給前台打了幾個電話投訴都沒用，如果這點不改正的話，恐怕以後再也不敢入住了！
