Good location and easy parking. Comfortable room and very attentive staff. Excellent breakfast choices. Would definitely stay at Premier Inn ware again when visiting family close by. Prices are very reasonable

Finish of the room a bit shabby, needs touching uo here and there holes where thermostats have been replaced still have holes etc Staff were fabulous nothing too much trouble, early check was sorted as soon as we got here. Will definitely come back

In the Premier Inn in Ware, that's where. Comfortable room; friendly, helpful staff; scrumptious breakfast and idea location, only 5 mins walk from the railway station; 3 mins on train to Hertford. Lovely quaint, English villages. Thoroughly enjoyed. Many thanks to the receptionist who fixed the zip of my backpack!

Great stay, weekend staff are friendly, professional and very thorough! Really please with the overall service and cleanliness of the room! Would definitely recommend this to family and friends if they ever needed accommodation in the area.

I had a great experience - everything which you need a great night sleep and great breakfast; and I was kindly assisted by Bhola who works the Hotel who gave me great help and guidance around the hotel and eveything outside the Hotel to relax.🤗

Our stay was pleasant overall. The hotel provided comfortable accommodation and courteous staff. However, some areas could use improvement, such as the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast selection was decent but not exceptional. Overall, a satisfactory experience. Lovely river near by with swans that really impresed me, good walk in the morning !
