Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, hands down!
Here are the good points about the hotel:
-The guests were really nice and we all agreed how horrible the hotel was. The bathroom looked nice and clean.
Here are the bad points about the hotel:
The staff was incredibly rude- they didn’t want to help with anything, were sitting at the front desk complaining in front of guests about guests needing items in their rooms. One of the times I asked for new key cards, The front desk girl threw the card at me. We were told at check in that breakfast was 7- 10am, then they shut it down before 9 so we didn’t get to eat. There were so many families trying to get breakfast for their kids, but had as no way because they shut it down so much earlier than they told us. The room keys didn’t work at all. I went to the desk multiple to get new keys, yet we were only able to get them to work twice. One of us had to stay in the room in order to get back in. The hallways, lobby, and elevators were about 85 degrees. I purchased $25 in snacks and drinks from the hotel snack room, but the refrigerator froze everything I bought. All the drinks and food items were frozen solid. I brought three drinks down to the front desk to request they exchange them for non frozen drinks because the fridge was malfunctioning , but she just refused to help in any way. She didn’t even apologize for any of the issues. Bed’s- hard as a rock. Hallways were falling apart everywhere.
