房間不錯，睡覺舒服，睡下一覺到天亮，比較安靜，每次來這邊都住這裏，離海邊也不太遠，商超比較方便，離火車站也近

一直覺得維也納酒店是中價位酒店業新標桿，可現在看整體指標比前差幾級。
本店停車及其惡劣，上到大堂後向前台小妹反映停車場沒有清晰的出場指示，後今天退房那車時特意注意停車場指引，還是沒有發現。
房間隔音真不咋地，對門的幾家房一早就嚷嚷着。
設備陳舊了應該及時更換，空調噪音大，房間燈光暗。

商務車一進入酒店門口保安不讓停，又不説可以停到地下室停車場，衹是不能我們停車，
地形不熟導致汽車前保險槓卡在低欄桿裏，汽車前保險槓破裂，水壺破，擋泥板掉落，報警等保險公司來人處理，很痛苦！
到房間後打電話給晚班女服務員來機頂盒聯WIFI，直截了當説不會弄，沒人會弄，晚上和第二天早上叫晚班女服務員找水電工弄一根電線扎一下前保險槓，直説沒有，第二晚上我們自己買了一個拖線板到前台向晚班女服務員借一把美工剪刀，死活不讓我們到地下室停車場去用，不讓帶走美工剪刀還要報警，幸虧大堂男經理陪我們去扎前保險槓，這個晚班前台女服務員這麼冷漠，這麼不講理，讓人心寒！
