The hotel has a very nice location, with ocean view. When my wife and arrived the hotel, the manager told us that the hotel don't have hot water (means you could not take a shower), the rooms where not prepared, the manager himself cleaned the room. The air condition wasn't working very well, so we stayed in a low temperature room.
The manager offered us to chancel the booking after we arrived the hotel after he informed us that the hot water boiler is broken.
But what is the point, we where looking forward to spend the one night in this hotel, we where tired after arriving and did not want to waste time on searching for an other hotel, point is if the hotel can't provide the basics like hot water, they should be able to inform the guest before arrival and not after!!!
Positive to mention is the great view and the friendly attitude of the manager.
After that experience I wouldn't recommend this hotel, it was a terrible experience.

跟閨蜜一起來的，剛過完五一人比較少，上午九點多就到了，剛好有房間老闆讓直接入住了開心開心，民宿就在悦海公園裡麪下樓走兩步就是景點。海景房視野很好，在房間裏就可以拍照片看日出。老闆熱情好客很照顧，衞生整潔，生活用品一應俱全性價比很高

整體衞生還可以，離海近，房間也比較大，購買了家庭海景房不過要打開窗斜視才有一點海，有建築遮擋，如果想要完全海景房的可以提前和老闆溝通是否還有合適房間

酒店就在悦海公園裡麪，而且是海景房，房間超級大，外觀也很好看，老闆態度還很好，我們是早上從大連坐船過來威海的，老闆直接讓我們提前辦理入住了，相當於是多住了半天，感謝老闆。還有個投影儀賊好用

接待我們的小姐姐很熱心。看我帶着孩子會主動幫我拿行李，早上的早餐蠻好吃的，吃了餛燉雞蛋 牛奶和蛋撻，另外酒店離海邊超級近，我們在海邊散步，看看當地人的生活方式，有的跳廣場舞，有的海釣，有的騎行，有的下潛，有的跑步～～散步散到燈塔，看看燈塔，吹吹海風，盪盪鞦韆很舒服啊。這是我第一次來威海，以後我還會來的～

周邊風景很好，有海景，唯一優點；
服務跟沒有一樣，兩個前台大學生感覺就是工具人，全程無交流無服務，衹會辦個入住，入住也不幫搬行李；定的大床房，結果裏面是雙床，一問説是前面的旅客要求加的，一陣無語，還問我怎麼辦，起碼得在我們入住之前拿掉吧；一問三不知，退房也不告訴有停車券，走到停車場門口打電話問才説有停車券；建議搞兩個專職服務人員，或者培訓一下吧，這個樣子完全不像幹服務業的；
衞生很差，前台有一股怪味，好像鹹菜放久髮膠的味道，一聞整個人心情就不好了；
早餐簡直無力吐槽，就一個牛奶，雞蛋，粥，蛋撻，牛奶是很廉價的那種，雞蛋是臭的，我和我老婆就喝了一口粥，結果全都竄稀了，接下來幾天都沒恢復過來。
如果你不介意服務和早餐，300多的價格可以定，我550定的，感覺完全不值。
