Great for children! Our mattresses were saggy and the extractor hood hadn't been cleaned. The residential complexes look old from the outside, but we didn't think the price was appropriate. A bit noisy (felt under the chairs could help). The outdoor facilities (garden) could be designed to be more natural. Everyone was very friendly, especially the deputy manager of the Café Grandma. A dream for the children, lots of things to do. Great swimming pool, with lifeguards who do a good job. I think the overall concept lacks a bit of sustainability. There is no healthy restaurant (salads, healthy snacks). We see efforts and motivation for improvement and potential here, so we will come back.

Everything went well again! The arrival was great. We were actually able to get into one of our rooms early. The second room was then announced via text message. Great service!! The new key bracelets are also brilliant. Checking out is super easy. Unfortunately, the only problem is always finding a parking space.

The entire complex with its direct beach location is very beautiful. The beach hotel with its wellness area is highly recommended. The breakfast buffet is rich and good. The various restaurants on Weissenhäuser Strand offer a varied cuisine.

We have been going to the holiday complex regularly for several years. So far we have always chosen the larger "An der Düne" holiday apar**ents. This is definitely sufficient for two adults and one child. The apar**ents are equipped with the necessary things. The cleanliness there is fine. It could be a bit cleaner, but everything is still within the limits. There can be a bit of dust under the bed. Unfortunately, the impression in the hallways is not that great visually and can be a bit off-putting. The rooms are fine, though. However, if you are out and about a lot anyway, the accommodation is definitely functional and sufficient. The small balcony is also nice, which is not luxurious, but on warm evenings is enough for two people to drink a glass of wine and sit outside for a while. In general, however, we choose the holiday park as a travel destination primarily because of the leisure opportunities for children. You are detached from the weather and can therefore spend a few nice days there even in the cold season. The water park was expanded not too long ago and offers many options. The jungle land may not be for everyone visually and is also quite loud, but it is a lot of fun. The animals that can be seen there are always a highlight for us. When the weather is nice, you can of course also spend time on the beach, on the playground or playing mini golf, so it doesn't get boring. There are several restaurants with normal prices for a holiday resort and also the option of shopping at Edeka, where the prices are only slightly higher than in other supermarkets. This means you can always choose what you want to eat. Bread rolls can also be pre-ordered and then just have to be picked up in the morning. There are only a few disadvantages for me. The apar**ents could be a bit nicer, especially the hallways as mentioned. Finding a parking space is often difficult. It could also be a disadvantage for some people that the bathing time in the water park is sometimes limited to three hours, but for us this is usually sufficient. In general, I think the price-performance ratio is definitely reasonable, especially when using special offers. The main thing for me is that it is a nice holiday for the child too. You definitely won't get bored here, as there are so many things to do, especially when the weather is good. Depending on the time of year, it can get a bit crowded, but that's to be expected. Overall, we're happy and will definitely come back.

I've been there for a weekend with my children for the fourth time! It's always like a short vacation and we always have a lot of fun! The rooms are clean and there's plenty of space. We'll be back in December.
