We arrived early at the hotel , the staff were very friendly and checked us in early which was great! It is perfect location for flights as the hotel is actually in the airport, lift straight to check in and departure lounge. There is a shuttle bus that goes from airport to Wellington station and stops at locations in between for museum etc. Stayed here a couple of times now and would definitely recommend.

Perfect for late night arrival and early morning flights. Service was just average. Avoid rooms by the lifts late night arrivals amd departures make a lot of noise.

Trip.com refuse to apply price match, just by use policy which is in traditional Chinese and should apply in HK not in NZ.

My flight was cancelled and had to book this hotel since it is located within the airport. Would consider this as one of the better airport hotels whenever I travel. Recommend staying here especially if you have an early morning departure or late night arrival.

Great hotel with a great restaurant. The only downside is the costly price. Buts worth it if you need to stay close to the airport.
