Spacious room but air conditioning need to be upgrade or serviced. Front office staff @ miss Icha is nice and friendly. The morning breakfast was okay with multiple kind of menu.

Overall, the room was clean, however, the shower tap was broken and water pressure was too slow. AC was leaking, noisy and couldn't produce cool air so felt like a normal noisy fan, as a result, there were a few mosquitoes biting me all night and day. There seems to be a construction work happening on the second floor and I could hear a very annoying hammering noise from 08.30am until evening which was so frustrating. Lastly, there was a very loud music heard all time which was also annoying and frustrating. The lady receptionist was nice so thank you for the nice behaviour.

The location is so strategic and close to many delicious restaurants..They also provide an airport transport service which is make me feel convenient because i dont have to order taxi 😂😂

This business hotel is the perfect mid range transit hotel or for discovering Makassar. The staff are warm and efficient and the rooms large and comfy. Breakfast is above decent. It’s a bit off the main shopping street but still central enough to reach anywhere in the city with Grabcar for RP13000 to 27000.

I arrived at the hotel early and the staff helped me check in early for free. All the staff are really friendly. The room is spacious, very clean and quiet. However, it's a shame that the breakfast menu is so simple.

The hotel is conveniently located for a short stopover. In the center, a bus from the airport passes by. Large room, clean, with traces of its former luxury. Comfortable beds, it was quite quiet, we slept well. Breakfast was modest, but we didn't leave hungry. The service is good, no problems. We changed the room to the quiet side.
