希爾頓這麼差了嗎？令人大跌眼鏡。
五一期間1500+的房價，入住時沒有打掃出來，好吧，晚上回來住，孩子睡了才發現床單上有一大片區域全是黑渣渣和鞋印兒，然後，又發現浴巾裏有成人陰部毛髮，噁心至極。關鍵是所有這些客用品都疊的整整齊齊，看似乾淨整潔，裏面藏污納垢，實際上這些布草真的換過嗎？
投訴後夜班經理致電來問：今晚還能做些什麼？明天白班再正式處理一下投訴。客房服務員來換了一條毛巾，就再沒有然後了，直到退房也沒有任何投訴跟進。
這家希爾頓主打親子，衞生情況卻連一般五星級標準都達不到，衹做表面功夫，掩人耳目，真以為賓客看不到嗎？

房間比較大，小朋友耍得開。有浴缸🛁。有泳池和健身房，湖面很大，划船最好電動的，皮划艇也不錯，夏天可能有些曬。雖然園區周邊沒有啥景點，但在園區足夠玩兩天的。內部管理需要完善，五一期間園區居然早上七點多搞地面維修，噪聲太大，為啥不能避開遊客休息時間。

整體來説，不論是環境還是服務再到酒店的軟硬條件，都是可以給好評的。
值得點讚的地方：
1、酒店限制衹有入住的客人可以進，所以人相對於別的酒店來説，人要少很多
2、酒店裡的環境非常好，有草坪有湖，還有泳池健身房
3、房間還算寬敞，衞生間乾濕分離，有浴缸，都是加分項
説説幾個個人認為還能提高的地點：
1、停車場太小，一個酒店如果衹有一個我停車的地下車庫，那確實有點小，我去的時候很多車都停在地面路旁邊，危險還影響交通
2、酒店大堂辦理入住退房手續的服務人員過少。交易節假日和入住退房高峯期，即時增加服務人員，減少排隊等候時間
3、酒店園區很大，園內擺渡車過少且收費。如果要是去南區的葡萄酒莊園和馬場，需要開車過去，又增加了出遊成本。

酒店壞境不錯，設施也還可以，但是服務和餐飲真的是一言難盡。首先，辦理入住時間特別長，之前反覆和前台説，希爾頓會員希望提前入住，11：00到酒店，在前台登記了，説有房間就通知。結果2：30了，孩子鬧得不得了要睡覺了，還是沒房間，説是沒有乾淨房間。你們酒店都是12：00退房，兩點半大掃不出來嗎？之前登記有什麼用，不是應該優先打掃一下嘛！餐飲，更是讓人無語，有個中餐廳永遠都説慢，幾碗麪條半小時，下午4：30去吃飯七點了菜還沒上齊。而且大堂還要收15%服務費。而且沒有行政酒廊，不愧為最差希爾頓！
