很好、很好。椰林叢中的一棟六樓建築，帶電梯。60歲左右的一對夫妻在經營，人好，有求必應，細節關心入微。樓下椰林中有廚房，客人自己加工海鮮。本來計劃住二天的，繼續續住是毫無疑問的。離海鮮市場四公里。

他家擁有無人機視角的風景線！六層樓帶電梯就秒殺了一眾同類型民宿了，而且上面還有兩層觀景台，無論是俯瞰萬畝椰林，還是觀看火箭發射，恐怕都不會找到第二處比他家更適合的了。我那天夜裡在天台上守候了兩個小時，可惜發射取消了，但是可以清晰地看到火箭發射架那裡的燈火輝煌，不出意外的話是能夠從點火🔥看起的，在海灘的話應該會要等到升空之後吧。距離發射中心導航是2公里多，目測到發射架會更遠一點。因為處於椰林深處，樹蔭加上椰風，體感非常舒適，吊牀上簡直不要太愜意了。客棧老闆是一對老夫婦，為人非常熱情，不是商業服務的那種周到，而是能讓你感受到的善意和善良。聽説我想去海邊逛逛，老闆娘特意讓老頭兒開着家裡的三輪車帶我去看未開發的海灘，雖然我自己也是開車過來的，回來的路上老頭兒又買了啤酒邀請我一起吃飯，特別地真誠實在，而且他家也不像前面評論説的有餐廳，想吃飯旁邊很近的地方是有的，看起來也不錯。大概是因為處在椰林深處的緣故吧，也比較適合體驗當地人生活，唯一的問題就是交通不便，如果你是租車過來就完全沒有問題了，我查過公共交通，到東郊椰林車站這邊還有一段距離，要是不介意坐那個三輪車的話還是可以解決的。衹不過老兩口手機用的不溜，回覆的可能不會太及時，總之我還是非常推薦到他家住宿的，第一次在點評上寫了這麼多。

#衞生比較衞生#服務老闆人很好，淡季去的，開了一天車，到得比較晚，一整棟樓衹有我們入住，老闆也衹為了等我們。辦理完入住還擔心我們沒吃飯，一直等到我們收拾完，叫餐廳給我們做飯吃（收費）淡季沒什麼遊客，他們都會比較早關門休息#位置交通距離椰林景區很近，老闆自建樓也做了個觀景天台，早上可以看日出，特地提醒我們好多次，真的很貼心#停車門口可以停車，很方便#WIFI有免費Wi-Fi信號足夠強#餐廳旁邊有一家餐廳，就是第一晚老闆等我們安排吃飯的餐廳。人都挺好的，沒有任何強制消費，當然他們會推薦本地特色菜，但如果覺得貴可以拒絕，他們都接受的，不會過度推銷。第一晚九點多十點才收拾完，他們推薦特色文昌椰子雞，太晚了，兩個人也吃不完，我們就衹點了一個青瓜炒肉20，老闆娘也很開心去給我們做飯，就我們倆。真的很好。第二天中午去完椰林，朋友説想吃午飯再走，我們特意回來這裏吃，文昌椰子雞。份量足，老闆真的很好！

老闆人很好，住宿環境就不能説好了，衹能是能住，當然價格也便宜，衹有這個房價也就不能要求太高，選擇這家主要是為了上去房頂看萬畝椰林，確實很美，另外旁邊的椰汁雞也非常好吃，椰汁也好喝，價格實惠

私家民宿由老爺子在家打理，很熱情。雖離海邊2KM但住在椰林裏在公路邊，有公交車路過招手即停。樓下椰林裏就能品嚐風味椰子雞。
