great location, great service and clean confortable rooms. Wifi was quite spotty but reception was quick to resolve by means of extra routers...

No WiFi in the room or designated area, as advertised.
The weather was very hot. The owner/manager would not provide a fan. The owner/manager did not provide information about parking or after-hours admittance until asked. The hotel would not respond to emails. As such, we mistakenly made reservations through *******. Do not stay at this hotel.

The front desk of the hotel is open from around 7am to around 9pm and there is no staff on duty 24 hours a day. No one is there late at night or at other times. There's no breakfast either.
The safety box was broken, and the wifi in the room was being repaired, but I was told that it would take some time to restore it.
Since there are no full-time employees available 24 hours a day, it is not possible to immediately fix deficiencies in the hotel's facilities.

Ich kann das Zimmer nicht empfehlen. Fehlende Beleuchtung, Duschwasser lauwarm und staubig. Zusätzlich quietschte das Bett und im Flur lag ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch in der Luft. Das macht die Lage auch nicht wett.
