The front light was not working. Very poor lighting. I didn’t realize until quite late the entrance door the lock was broken so the only thing I could do was just latch it which made very uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well

Bathroom sink faucet lever had a water leak. Reception was notified and it will get fixed.

There was someone's hairs left on the bath tub ledge, it was very clear that there was patch jobs all around, and my sheet was so thin i could see through it to the mattress

I liked everything; however, getting ice in a bucket increasingly difficult to the point that, on my last night, they claimed to be out of ice. Incredible!

The person who checked us in was excellent... quick and friendly. When we got to our room, it had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Our only complaint is that it appeared that the room hadn't been vacuumed as there were nut shells on the floor and the hairdryer was quite dusty. In addition, when we put the toilet lid up, it came apart... which makes us wonder if the toilet had been cleaned? There just needs to be more attention to detail and this would be a great place.
