This is the place I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days while traveling to Wonju with my wife. I chose it because of the good reviews, but the reality is a total disaster.
First, the room window is so small that it's stuffy.
Second, they don't even ask guests if the accommodation is cleaned every day, so I just spent 4 days with trash, and I couldn't see the outside trash collection area.
