Easily located in the town. Ease of checking in , friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent spacious room, clean with good relaxed decor. Good facilities in the room all leading to a positive stay. Could not fault, glad we choose this establishment

Lovely one night stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay with our one year old. The room was freezing when we arrived as the heating wasn’t on in the room. After a few hours it warmed up but in the future perhaps staff could turn the heating on in the rooms before guests arrive in the winter - not a complaint just a would have been better if.

Lovely place. The staff very helpful and very friendly. The room we stayed in was so big. Everything you needed. Bed lovely and comfy. Lovely bath to share with fluffy dressing gowns. The breakfast was so tasty definitely recommend. The location was the best. Free carpark for 12 hours around the corner. Lots of lovely pubs near and restaurants. The pub itself was lovely. We didn’t eat in there but the food looked amazing . The location for Blenheim Palace is only a short walk away. You won’t be disappointed with this place. Great value for money aswell

Paid GBP200 for a fairly basic room. It was a Friday night.....the noise from the bar downstairs was so loud, it was impossible to sleep till after midnight when the final revelers left. My partner had a shower after we had dinner. The shower pipes were so hot, that she burnt herself quite badly when her arm touched one of the pipes, with skin peeling off almost immediately. There was no warning in the bathroom about how hot the pipes could get!!! Called downstairs to get some cream. Yes, they found some, but zero follow-up or any concern was shown. Was charged for breakfast when I left at 7 am as they don't open for breakfast till 8.00 am. Would never stay here again!

A perfect spot for a weekend stay visiting Oxfordshire or Blenheim palace. Great accommodation with extra touches in room. All the staff were helpful and friendly Excellent dinner and breakfast. Thoroughly recommend if visiting Blenheim Palace.

Room was spacious. Newly refurbished with designer furnishings. Tea and coffee making facilities with fridge. Comfortable seating area. Luxury soaps, towels and robes. Friendly staff Good choices on the breakfast menu Would definitely book again and recommend to friends
