Excellent hotel in Wuhai. Very cloudy to the airport.
The staff are excellent and very friendly, especially the lobby security guard.
The rooms are spacious and we'll furnished.

住過幾次，在烏海這個地方房價算高的。服務一般，早餐一般，送水果了，但是看着不新鮮。還是應該精益求精吧。

非常感謝，大堂經理王雅各的服務，從門口提拉行李，到前台辦入住，有熱茶水和熱毛巾很貼心，像回到家一樣，進到房間還有精美水果，早餐很豐富，下次一定還選擇格蘭雲天。

今天早上退房時在大堂遇到王雅各，他跟我加了微信，表示歡迎下次到烏海再過來住。我離開酒店不久就發現汽車輪胎氣壓不促，立刻給小王打了電話，他讓我把車開回酒店。並且立即去找朋友過來幫助檢查車輛，發現輪胎釓釘子了。又地指導我到輪胎修補店把輪胎補好。小王熱情認真負責的態度讓我深受感動，感覺本次住店最好的服務。

酒店離機場比較近，住宿環境還可以。房間內衞生，服務員人員態度好！有歡迎水果和酸奶，好吃😋酒店早餐比較豐盛，味道很好！
