前台接待服務不一。早餐為快餐盒飯（一份炒麪、一塊紅薯、一個雞蛋另加一碗白米粥及一份酸奶），個人認為非常簡單，對吃飯講究的估計會選擇放棄。

前台服務差，跟欠她錢一樣，房間衞生沒有打掃乾淨，屋外有噪音，不會再來住了，應該是住過最差的錦江之星了

早上八點多的飛機，早餐可以送到房間，七點來敲門就送過來了蠻豐盛的，酒店也很乾凈，有一次性的紙杯漱口

在朋友家附近，朋友給訂的，我又續住一天。這個酒店曾經住過的，不太滿意。酒店施捨老化，房間小，周邊吃飯不太方便，要走一段路。重要的是服務非常差，前台好像看手機上癮，顧不上服務，態度生硬。感覺所有員工都差不多，無笑臉服務，這可能是酒店管理的問題了。反正我自己訂不會選擇這家酒店。
