設施：標準化連鎖店設施沒有太特別的地方
衞生：總體來説挺乾淨
環境：地理位置距離漢口火車站較近，步行可以到
服務：服務很垃圾！
1.提前一週預訂、沒有在最晚退房時間時打電話核實客人是否能到店。
2.到店辦理入住時給了尾房也沒有告知
我問了才知道衹剩下最後一間尾房。
3.酒店單方面寫了最晚退訂時間，以此為由不給退訂單。
4.我們自己轉賣當晚尾房一間給了其他顧客。原本沒有早餐、酒店贈送了其他客人早餐。
5.在大廳過夜用椅子拼起來躺了一下，早上還被工作人員一個男士呵斥我們把椅子恢復原位擺好了。
酒店就是這樣對待顧客的！ 訂了連住兩個晚上！第一天沒有住尾房。第二天還在同一家酒店入住。第一個晚上在這個酒店大廳整晚沒睡還被嫌棄。

酒店地理位置優越，就在漢口站旁邊的財神廣場後面，距離車站就幾分鐘的路程，但比較安靜，酒店設施齊全，有自助洗衣房，衞生乾淨整潔，前台服務態度好。

住了兩天，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶，空調很給力。送四瓶礦泉水，有茶包和咖啡包。

到漢口站已經晚上十一點多了 趕最後一班地鐵會特別緊張 酒店就在火車站附近 走走就到了 特別方便
這樣晚來的遊客也不用擔心交通問題了

不錯不錯，距離漢口火車站走路五分鐘，乾乾淨淨適合商旅人士，早餐比重慶漢庭好，菜品多，最大缺點是臨街，但是關上窗子還是很安靜的。

哪方面都很好，硬件、服務都很好，隔音有點差這個是酒店通病，可以理解。特別是前台小姐姐人真的很好，快遞到了也能機器人送上來，都很好。
