酒店離地鐵7號線取水樓站D口很近 前台貼心的送了一天的早餐券 因為是下午的高鐵 前台小姐姐還幫忙延遲退房到下午2點

總體來説不錯的，一貫的全季酒店的服務及設施。
早餐不錯。
奇怪的是熱水有時候會短暫的用完。
另外，停車場有在推廣西北湖賞櫻花（非常近酒店，效果也很好），但前台的人員沒有提及，在比較後期才見到，希望可以在做推廣的同時，也告訴員工們提一提客户或提一提這樣的推廣活動。29/3日間到達，在31/3晚上才發現，感覺上有少少失望。
