這家酒店的服務值得稱讚！半夜入住後不小心在刮鬍子時小傷，打電話問詢前台，工作人員貼心詢問我的狀況，關懷備至，不到2分鐘就送來了應急創可貼，還配備消毒酒精棉。這體驗就像在家一樣温暖，必須五星好評！
作為商旅人士，對住宿要求高。酒店在這方面也讓我很滿意，房間衞生做得很到位，衞生間沒有一點異味。
床品也整潔舒適，服務也貼心，入住後身心都得到了放鬆，必須舉雙手推薦！

房間衞生真的太差了，跟酒店反饋，店家説我三更半夜跑別的房間拍照，*****有毛病，馬桶上面都還有尿漬，房間衞生多處不達標，體驗感****差，以後絕對不會住了，最後説一句，玩不起就別玩，好好學習下隔壁城市便捷酒店吧，服務 衞生 環境各方面比你們好多了，這家酒店負責人處理問題的態度****下頭！

這家酒店真的太棒了！前台小姐姐服務極其周到，辦理入住效率高，客房工作人員也熱情友好，總是能及時滿足需求。衞生更是無可挑剔，房間乾淨整潔，一塵不染，床上用品也潔白柔軟。公共區域也維護得很好。酒店附近也很繁華，離超市很近、美食攤子也很多，在這裏居住體驗極佳，讓人感覺舒適和安心，強烈推薦給大家！

屬於天河機場周邊性價比很高的連鎖品牌酒店，價格實惠位置好，交通也便利，酒店設有停車場，周圍環境也很好，離商場和餐飲街都很近。大堂很寬敞，衞生很乾凈，室內的環境和裝修很不錯，前台接待員服務也很好，還幫提行李，辦理入住和退房都很快速。
連鎖酒店有保障，配置有專用電梯直達，轎廂衞生很棒，也很快速。
三樓走廊空氣很清新，香薰味道很好聞。房間敞亮，乾淨整潔，採光很好，環境很舒適，WiFi很給力，設施齊全，藍牙音箱連接方便，音效超級好。床上用品很柔軟，房間衞生很乾凈，配置的傢俱很實用，空調效果非常不錯，客房大姐服務也超級好!總得來説整體佈局合理，性價比高！
公共區域乾淨，配有洗衣機房，走廊很大氣美觀，適合拍照，視覺效果超級好。
更難得的還是酒店離機場和地鐵較近，轉機或出行都方便。

環境：隔音非常非常差睡覺根本睡不着一大早房間樓上就叮叮噹噹敲個不停被樓上裝修聲吵醒，樓下人説話也能聽的很清楚非常吵體驗感很差
