Very professionell behavior.

Hotel is good for business trips or a short stay over. Hotel felt a little dirty and had mould in the bathroom and bits of sealant falling off.

I’ve stayed here time and time again. It’s an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Helen this time for all the help.

The hotel is very close to Hankou Station, just 3 stops away. It was my first time staying at this Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk helped me upgrade to a city view room for free. The view was wider and the room was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was rich in variety. The noodle-cooking lady was very enthusiastic. There were special snacks such as noodle nest and bean skin. I recommend it 😁

The room is very quiet and the location is only two kilometers away from Hankou Railway Station. It is very convenient. There are many hot dry noodles for breakfast around. I look forward to staying here again next time I go to Wuhan.

1. The front desk clearly stated that booking this Hilton Garden through the Ctrip platform does not give any Hilton Honors customer benefits! Although the member manual clearly states that the Garden series does not include room upgrade benefits, it does indicate that breakfast is included! As a Hilton Diamond member, all Hampton series hotels in Wuhan can at least give a late check-out. There is no need to choose this one at the same price! If you must choose Hilton series, you might as well choose Hilton Hampton at the same price. 2. The phone in the room was broken and no one came to fix it for 2 days. Because the business trip was quite full, I didn't pursue it later. 3. The sanitary environment is very bad. I am a man staying here. The hair and debris under the desk are visible to the naked eye. 4. The environment is not new but a bit old. It is not a new hotel. It is the original Mercure that has changed its brand. The location is not good. 5. Hanyang Westin, which is also owned by Hengxin, has a much higher overall level and is only about 100 more expensive than this one. It seems that this is a problem of the hotel's management. I still have a good impression of the owner of Hengxin. 6. Friends who see this comment suggest that if you have a budget of about 450, Hankou has Wyndham Garden or Atour series Hilton Hampton. This is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in! Avoid it!

On a business trip, convenient transportation, close to Hankou Station. Didn't have time to have breakfast, the hotel was quite crowded, business was booming, recommended.

I originally thought that the Hilton brand was the same, but after arriving at this hotel, I felt for the first time that there was such a bad Hilton hotel. When we arrived at night, the front desk was not enthusiastic when checking in. I felt uncomfortable. The floor of the room was also dirty. There was also a very uncomfortable smell in the room. This garden brand is good. It provides a comfortable and warm accommodation environment, warm and thoughtful service, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities, high cost performance, making people feel at home, and it is a pleasant stay experience.

Stayed here for a few days during the Mid-Autumn Festival, traveling with my kids. After comparing many hotels, I finally chose the Hilton Hotel which is very close to Hankou Station. The room is large and clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The service of the brand hotel is still as good as always, especially the front desk staff July and Maura are very considerate, and gave us moon cakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival, which made me, a foreigner, feel like I'm back home. The hotel gym has a lot of equipment, not only treadmills, but also dumbbells and other equipment, and free mineral water. It was a really good experience.
