先來個總評：很棒但略有瑕疵。先説説優點，優點有很多：1.房間乾淨整潔，設施完善，空間很大。2.服務很好，我是退房的那天中午有事所以必須要12點之後才能退房，然後前台很貼心的給我標註了下午一點退房，這點很贊。然後我的訂單是沒有早餐的，酒店免費給我贈送了一份早餐，早餐很棒，就在前台的背後，有專門的的早餐廳，7:00-9:00開放。3.酒店就在路邊，門口標識很大很氣派，很好找，雖然我這次沒有開車過來，但是應該是有專門的停車位的。4.樓下靠近幾個大學，所以吃飯和商場一應俱全，非常方便。下面説説瑕疵：1.我進房間的時候發現窗户沒有關嚴實，我推測是為了通風，但是我沒看到有紗窗，因此在炎熱的夏天，就進來了很多蚊子！！白天我沒發現，但是晚上我洗澡的時候發現我被咬了很多紅斑，這一點我希望酒店能加以改進。2.洗澡用的那個沐浴露很難擠出來，我用了很大的勁才出來一點點，不知道是不是我自己的原因。3.最讓我糟心的是酒店的WiFi，酒店使用的是統一的wifi系統，即你連上WiFi後必須打開一個網頁，輸入手機號獲得驗證碼後才可以連接，但是這種連接方式就導致了一個問題，房間裏面衹有靠近枱燈的位置信號強，其他的地方，包括床頭的信號都差的離譜，這麼説吧我刷一個抖音就卡了5次！！！最後氣不過選擇了用流量，本來睡前看看視頻和微博，聽聽歌很舒服，但是這個糟心的wifi讓我很難受，這點真的希望酒店能夠重視。總的來説，酒店居住體驗很不錯，之後應該也會選擇維也納酒店這個品牌，不過如果再次遇到諸如wifi的問題的話，我應該就會把酒店拉入黑名單了，因為這一點應該是一家酒店最起碼的，希望酒店能看到我的留言並加以改正。

服務非常滿意，前台小姐姐和客房小姐姐都非常熱情，會主動告訴你停車場的位置，衹要詢問，都詳細解答感覺很滿意。
房間也非常乾淨，還是很安靜的，沐浴露洗髮水也都是品牌香香的很不錯。房間有WiFi.辦公電腦使用或手機上網都很快。

絕！早上起來還能看到日出 感覺整個屍體都暖暖的 前台小姐姐超漂亮温柔喜歡喜歡 來考試的 入住體驗直接一整個舒服住了 都來住…＞_＜…隔音也超級好 一整晚沒有聽到雜音 睡的很香！！！

設施：誇誇中央空調，真的很給力哈哈
衞生：衞生巾每天都收拾得很乾凈！但是水槽漏水有點嚴重 希望可以改善一下
環境：很棒 來考研的 可以走小門去看考場 去長工職大門也衹需要步行15分鐘 我覺得很棒 酒店大廳🏨很闊氣 房間面積也蠻大的
服務：怒贊吶！入住的時候神仙姐姐知道我來考試送了我兩天的早餐，很棒少費心了很多事情嗚嗚X﹏X
每天早上都可以有叫醒服務！啊啊啊真的很感謝 還可以幫忙拿行李 讓我的整個考試過程都非常的舒暢
