此酒店服務超級差勁，預訂6月20日當時候沒有入住，確是顯示我已經離店，酒店已經確認我也沒有入住，而且當天也沒有主動電話聯繫我，等到電話詢問的時候，酒店霸王條款找個“已經做了為我保留整晚房間”理由拒絕退款或者變更入住日期，這種行為實在太噁心拉，以後不會再入住這家酒店。為了利益真是太噁心，你哪怕當天打個電話也算是酒店服務不錯，別的酒店一般超過晚上6點，客人沒有入住就會電話聯繫客户問是不是需要保留房間，這家酒店服務太差，以後不會再光顧。

訂了兩天，第一天，開暖氣是冷風，第二天一問才知道，就沒開，説是還沒到開的時候，當天氣温最低二度了。服務員做衞生也是到下午三點後，很馬虎。
