房間是乾淨的，工作人員也ok，但是酒店整體有點老舊，空調聲音太大了。隔音很差，感覺價錢和服務沒有成為正比，不是很友好的體驗

不知道前台人員是有什麼訂房KPI指標嗎？我就在攜程上面訂個房到了酒店後辦理入住硬是要我把攜程訂的房取消了在她那定？我説我辦理入住直接就開口問我訂房價格是多少？這跟我辦理入住有什麼直接關係嗎？？一直在追問讓我説出訂房價格！這是什麼流程？本來這次是帶長者出遊 我家老年人節約慣了 三百的房都會覺得貴 更何況七百多的 出門消費都是連哄帶騙的 被前台人員這麼一搞 一整晚唸叨房間貴沒睡好！

酒店臨近火車道，辦理入住沒有任何告知，晚上根本沒法入睡，兩分鐘一輛火車，房間隔音很差隔壁説話都能聽到，酒店附近沒有吃飯的，不方便，不符合這個價格
