酒店離黃鶴樓火車站都很近，附近交通很方便，去哪裡都可以，前台的工作人員非常熱情，基本都是有問必答，還會介紹好吃的和線路給我們，房間很乾凈，訂了三間房住了好幾天，真的很不錯。

房間乾淨整潔，有自己的免費停車場，前台筱嬌很有耐心，得知我是帶着父母出遊特地安排了挨在一起的房間；有軟硬兩個枕頭，淋浴的水量超大讚！早餐麪檔的熱乾麪不錯。

床上幾根頭髮，環境差，沙發上都是污漬，蠻噁心，晚上不敢睡，早上起來身上癢，手臂都起紅了，發炎，太可怕了，早上和前台説床上頭髮，理都不理，第一次遇見

酒店很好找，從武昌火車站出來，一直走就到了，我跟孩子步行大概15分鐘，酒店的服務很好，設備齊全，有自助洗衣房，前台客服小姐姐還將房間幫忙免費升級了，孩子很喜歡，下回還訂這兒！

房間打掃非常乾淨，每天都會給新的牙具新的拖鞋，酒店的早餐種類也特別豐富很好吃，地理位置好，去哪裡都很方便。

太吵了！房間在路邊紅綠燈位置，致電給前台，前台讓保安送了兩幅耳堵！還好開了一天的車特別累，不然估計睡不着！旁邊是個眼科醫院，共用一個停車場，白天停車很難！前台服務還是可以的！但是硬件設施太差了
