這家皇冠算是在武漢的新開發區，酒店整體設施還是不錯的！從大堂服務到房間的裝修方面都還算讓我滿意，房間很適合商務和常住。不過有三個地方是讓我比較不滿意，就是酒店贈送的早餐。豆漿和一些飲品都是粉泡或濃縮漿調製，這方面我還是覺得挺差勁，培根沒了幾乎就不上了！接着房間水壓正常，但淋浴花灑的水流很小，拆下來水壓沒問題，花灑目測不是大牌。還有就是中央空調不能自己調，統一送風設定，但是被子不透氣睡的就很熱。這點挺不滿意，至少冷熱應該讓顧客可以自己調。總體來説對於皇冠的五星酒店，還是有點德不配位。

酒店硬件設施完善，位置優越停車🅿️方便，有地上地庫停車場。客房寬敞明亮整潔，搞衞生的大姐和餐廳服務員都很專業👍尤其一位戴陽鏡的門僮服務超讚，指揮車輛停放，保護維修地磚，當車輛出場遇到障礙（前台錄入失誤）及時跑來跑去快速解決問題👍倒是酒店的門面前台人員差別很大，辦入住時的女生心不在焉，帶有非職場情緒，輸入車牌也不知道到和入住日期同步，退房時的戴眼鏡女生專業及時微笑服務令人愉悦👍但瑕不掩瑜性價比超高的五星酒店👌

酒店乾淨整潔很好👍尤其是前台文文和小王兩位前台辦理退房過程又快效率又高，小謝也有幫忙拿行李讓我感覺，很曖心還會在來的
