Wuhan Qiaokou District Hotels

We stayed for a total of six nights. The first night, we felt that the room air-con was not cold enough and we asked for another room which was granted. A fan and a Wi-Fi router were even supplied to us. All in all… it was pleasant throughout. The front office were very friendly and helpful. Should we visit Wuhan again in the future, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

My experience at Citadines WuSheng Wuhan was truly fantastic! As soon as I arrived at the front desk, Kimberlie greeted me with a big smile. The check-in process was not only efficient, but she also asked if I needed help with my luggage. When I checked out, the staff even asked if I had a comfortable stay and if I had any suggestions. This whole trip felt just like being at home. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I'm definitely choosing this place again!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had a good stay. But I have a small suggestion. I paid for the room with a bath but we were told the bath could not be used. Maybe it would be better to explain this in advance, or tell us during check-in. I would have just paid for the normal room and saved money. Secondly, I paid for breakfast. Usually the staff during check-in will say the location and time of breakfast before we leave to find the room. At this hotel, no information was given and so me and my friend just guessed the correct time to eat. Therefore, I feel to make the hotel experience better, the staff could be more attentive to the customer and pay greater attention to details.

Front desk service was exceptional. I found out the bathroom didn’t work properly when I checked in, they immediately changed the room for me. On the day after I checked out and was on the train to another city, I realized that I accidentally left my two cellphone chargers in the hotel room. I called the front desk. They located the chargers right away and sent them to me via expedited express delivery before I left China. I am very appreciative and impressed about theirs efficiency and great customer services. In addition, the hotel offers very good free breakfast with varieties and bottled water daily to give a good start of the day. The hotel location is also great and very convenient as well. I’d love to come back to stay in this hotel again.

I have been out for a few days and this is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in. The service staff are very considerate and the hotel's sanitary environment is very good. It is very suitable for checking in and taking pictures. The room is very warm and comfortable. I just gave you Garden Expo tickets just in time for the Spring Festival. Watch the lantern show for free. I originally booked a one-day stay, but decided to extend my stay the next day. I rarely write reviews, but this one is really worth recommending.

For our recent family trip, the duplex suite we chose at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The two spacious 1.8-meter beds were incredibly comfortable, a stark contrast to the cramped 1.2-meter beds found in most hotels, which simply aren't suitable for families with kids. What's more, the two bedrooms are separate spaces, distinct from the living area. This meant everyone had their own private sanctuary, allowing for undisturbed rest and ensuring both adults and children got a good night's sleep. The room also came with an in-room washer-dryer combo, which is an absolute game-changer for families like ours on longer trips with plenty of laundry! After a full day out, you can just toss your dirty clothes in and have fresh, clean clothes ready for the next day's adventures, making it incredibly convenient and stress-free. However, there was one minor issue: the second-floor partition still had a faint smell, possibly from recent renovation. Also, when we went for breakfast at 9:30 AM, the selection was quite limited and honestly not very appealing. Despite these minor points, our overall stay was absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future family trips and highly recommend it to other families looking for suitable accommodations!

The room is satisfactory and meets the standards of this brand. Clean and sanitary, the service attitude is very good. There were some minor incidents during check-in, but it made up for it. Breakfast was given as a gift. The lady was also good at communication and had a good image. The only additional problem was that the delivery of the takeaway was a little slow. If you are in a hurry, you can go downstairs to get it yourself. The most satisfactory thing is the city view, which is amazing when you look out of the floor-to-ceiling windows~ Family satisfaction is the meaning of travel. Good review~

I travel all over the country and never comment on hotels. But this time I stayed at Wuhan Asia Hotel. I always stay at their hotel every time I go to Wuhan, just to take my elderly out for meals. But the room the front desk gave me this time was noisy on the first night and I didn’t get a good night’s rest. The next day I asked the front desk to change a room, and they said ok. But they called at 10 pm, when the elderly were asleep. You say the elderly are 88 years old, can they be so tossed? It can be said that the main problem of this hotel is that the hygiene and service are not as good as in previous years. Maybe it’s because we stay here every year😱

Well located close to a metro station and also to the famous pedestrian street, this is a convenient place to stat in Wuhan. The front reception desk and all the staff are extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast has a large choice of dishes. My room also had a combined washer and dryer making it very convenient to do the laundry.
