Ramada by Wyndham Hotels in Wuhan

The hotel lobby is very nice, the green plants are beautifully maintained, and Ms. Huang at the front desk took the initiative to help upgrade the room. It was very nice and satisfying! It is surrounded by the Optics Valley business district, and the location is very good. It is very convenient to stay here for business trips. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance!

Second time staying at this hotel. It’s in a great location. The staff speak a little bit of English which I find enormously helpful, and they are accommodating and will help with any issues you have. I requested some cutlery for my room so I could eat in the hotel room and within 5 minutes they’d brought it. A couple of negatives: the desk area in the hotel room was really dusty, the hotel needs to pay more attention to dusting. The pillows were not very comfortable, but this is subjective. Also, the toilets smell like cigarette smoke, so there needs to be stricter enforcement of no smoking indoors. Overall I definitely do recommend this hotel, it is good value for money.

For my extended stay, they were prompt in checking my housekeeping needs and reminding me about key card renewal, demonstrating truly thoughtful and attentive service. I would definitely return if I have the opportunity.

I often stay at the Ramada Hotel. This Ramada in Wuhan is the first time I have stayed. The stay experience is very good. There are free iced fruit tea and snacks.
