The staff speak a little bit of English which I find enormously helpful, and they are accommodating and will help with any issues you have. I requested some cutlery for my room so I could eat in the hotel room and within 5 minutes they’d brought it. A couple of negatives: the desk area in the hotel room was really dusty, the hotel needs to pay more attention to dusting. The pillows were not very comfortable, but this is subjective. Also, the toilets smell like cigarette smoke, so there needs to be stricter enforcement of no smoking indoors. Overall I definitely do recommend this hotel, it is good value for money.
