交通很方便，吃飯的地方都在附近，而且環境安逸，三樓有個露台很nice，晚上喝點茶，吹吹風很舒服，前台的小姐姐超好，怕我們找不到景點，給我們指路，還幫忙把洗了的衣服掛了出去，送了我們好幾個蘋果，而且需要幫忙的都盡力滿足，房間很乾凈，下次去還住這裏，好極了！

非常好的民宿，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，每天有免費的蘋果和水，員工特別熱情，提供很多遊玩建議，門口可以免費停車。

每年都要去五台山，每次定酒店都不是很一般，但這次定的房間非常好，乾淨整潔，舒服愜意😌 民宿老闆也非常好👍，我們到的時間已經晚上11:30 老闆一直在等我們

訂了山景房，一樓院子角落一間，毛巾、床上用品都是一次性的，很衞生，房間還備有泡腳桶，可能是考慮到遊客遊程較累吧，很貼心。我訂的這個山景房裡麪還有羅漢床，床中間桌上擺放了一套茶具，對於我這個喜歡品茶的，是太合心意了！老闆還送了水果和鮮花，讓人感覺貼心温馨。在入住之前，老闆提前聯繫我們告知如何進入五台山，對於這次約不到車輛入景區的我們，真是解決了大問題。

酒店離汽車站，普化寺很近，交通方便。老闆人也很好，我們去的當天定的榻榻米房，正好有標間空着，老闆就主動給我們免費升級到了標間。房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，送了入住水果。退房時還送了泡腳的葯包。總體感覺很好。

每次出行最擔心的就是住不好，幸好選擇了吾心安處民宿。老闆人很好，很熱情，很好溝通。院子經過精心設計，看上去很舒服，休息的時候可以坐在院子的鞦韆上曬曬太陽或是吹吹風，很愜意。房間設施也是用心佈置，被子很厚實很暖和，住在一樓也不潮濕；房間還準備了泡腳盆，晚上可以用老闆贈送的艾草泡泡腳，消除疲勞。最重要的是交通便利，距離景區內公交車站很近，距離中心景區很近，周圍用餐也很方便。

設施：設施齊全又很用心，準備了泡腳桶和一次性的防水布，走路走了一天泡腳放鬆一下實在舒服。
衞生：乾淨整潔，體驗感不錯。
環境：老闆把院子佈置的很温馨，性價比來説很不錯了。
服務：老闆周道熱情，會很有耐心的給出遊建議。
