We stayed for 3 nights. Friendly staffs, great services and clean room. Location is very convenient, close to many attractions.

Great location. Close to the city bus station and walking distance to Pagoda and other worth to visit temples. Attentive staff (FO team is helpful and hands on to help and assist in traveler needs). Daily room cleaning and amenities were replaced. Spacious and clean room.
Only has a limited window view (but it’s not necessarily). Basic local breakfast (more than enough to start a healthy day).

酒店設施比較陳舊，而且設施配備也不齊全，竟然沒有桌子和衣櫃，有點出乎意料。和酒店這個價位不匹配。衞生間淋浴花灑出水不通暢，下水道反味嚴重。總之是一次不太舒服的入住體驗

酒店地理位置好，前台服務員也特別熱情，入住十分愉快！房間打掃的也很乾凈，住的很舒適，景區風景也很好，早餐也很不錯，完美的入住體驗，下次來了還住這裏！

衞生極差，服務極差，本來訂的帶窗的房，結果到了告訴沒有了，衹有個不帶窗的，説給換個房型，帶窗的，結果是緊挨着大堂，我還特意問，這個房間太吵了吧，前台跟我信誓旦旦的説不吵，他們會有人管着的，結果進房間後，洗手池上都是黑點，一次性牙刷拿起來黏糊糊的，而且房間挨着前台，特別特別的吵，第二天去前台換房，前台又説沒説過我們本來訂的沒了，衹剩個不帶窗的了，狡辯説和我説有窗，衹是看不到景，雖然給換了房，但是這件事真的讓人心裏不痛快，我訂的房，交了錢了，怎麼會到酒店後告訴我沒有了，酒店的信譽真的太差了。住兩天都不夠糟心的了。

星城酒店住過好多家都很好，五台山上這家是我住過條件最不好的價格還非常高，衞生也一般，早餐非常不好，服務也不好好像我欠她啥似的！酒店的條件就不提了連茶葉包都沒有還沒有空調，下次去五台山住民宿也不住這家

早餐挺好吃的，就是設施和衞生不太行，房間一進去，木地板上面放了一個不知幹啥的櫃子，還地板沒有嚴絲合縫，看着很邋遢，屋裡沒有椅子，有個一人坐的沙發,要注意平衡，否則很可能一坐下去就摔倒。洗手間的兩個水龍頭，放了至少5分鐘，才出來熱水。也許是因為景區的酒店吧，不能強求太多，有錢住晚好沒錢就湊和湊和

住的豪華雙人間，不知豪華何在？暖氣不熱！沒有桌子！甚至沒有一個簡單的椅凳，不可思議！有一個非常簡陋的“沙發”，坑人到家，稍微往前坐一點就會向前傾倒！沙發旁一個算作茶几的牀頭櫃，竟然沒有正式桌面，準確説是毛茬的桌面！淋浴間很小，沒有塑料拖鞋不説，連一個防滑塑膠墊都沒有，光腳站在冰涼的淋浴間瓷磚地面上洗澡就像受刑！淋浴龍頭出水很小！唉！房間如果拍照片看上去還算整潔乾淨，實際住進去細看就看不得了，比一般的錦江之星和如家差太多了！從硬件到軟件完全不在一個層次！也許是在五台山景區裏的原因，人家不愁客源，我就納悶怎麼還有那麼多好評，為了更客觀反映真實入住體驗，我必須寫一條差評！差評！差評！

朝山禮佛很有緣的入住樂這家酒店，首先服務特別棒，特別門口停車的老大爺必須給他點個贊，房間打掃的很乾凈，地板乾乾淨淨的，窗外景色宜人，前台贈送的地方花茶很漂亮好很喝，主要還有個特別接地氣的名~文殊花，還有很貼心的為我同伴準備了一次性的洗臉巾，酒店設備很好，服務貼心到大堂專門有工作人員給講解景區路線和拜佛注意事項，真的超級感動，以後去五台山鐵定首選星程
