家庭房超級大，兩張單人床一張1.8米的大床，住的很舒服。服務不錯，衞生也很好，充電的數據線這個細節特別滿意，前面住的幾家四星級都沒有這麼貼心，都要掃碼收費充電，有的還是壞的，但是這裏的直接就可以用，很方便。唯一的不足是早餐有點簡陋，菜都是辣的，孩子都不能吃，喝的東西種類太少，咖啡都沒有，不符合國際酒店的定位，希望能改進。

總體還是不錯，攜程推薦的挺好。
家庭房，2個大人，3個小孩， 套房。
出了點差頭： 本來定了一個特大床，兩張單床， 結果到房間後發現不是特大床，酒店前台一個服務員態度有些不好（ 直接掛我電話）， 搞得很是鬱悶。
結果：攜程不愧是個值得信賴的大平台， 我投訴過去後第一時間協調解決，讓我滿意，這裏給攜程點個大大的贊。 酒店前台經理也不錯，説了不懂事的前台小姐， 給我們解釋了，也送了早餐，這裏也一表感謝。

停車場需要從小區門進入，是地下車庫，挺大的。但早晨竟然停電了，並且將近一個小時還沒有查出什麼原因導致的停電。一開始電梯還有電，但後來電梯也沒電了，衹好拖着行李箱從4樓走下來，退房的時候，前台竟然連句抱歉的話都沒有説。

地理位置方便，服務周到，衞生很好，早餐豐富，沒有旅行團隊大呼小叫的人羣！適合旅途休息。特別是前台小孫姑娘待人熱情，業務能力強，安排住宿和就餐讓大家很滿意！

疆的路上路過武威過夜一晚，想着定個連鎖酒店衞生設施方面會不踩雷，沒想到剛進房間廁所就很臭，可能是下水道的味道了，準備上床睡覺剛到床邊，被套有上有個腳印，翻來一看枕套上有很多黑色毛毛，而且都是爛的，於是給前台打電話要求保潔過來更換新的床單被套，等了二十分鐘安排了一個保安過來了我真不知道是怎麼想的，讓保安過來能解決什麼問題，最後很無奈，當時也很晚，穿着衣服睡了一晚，無力吐槽這個酒店，如此的垃圾，最基本的衞生問題都解決不了，也不知道相關部門怎麼監管的，床單被套爛了都是洞都不更換。老闆真的***

房間很好，並且無條件升級房間很貼心，酒店側面進入一個小區大門對着下地下車庫，可直達酒店大堂很方便，並免費停車，附近各種飯店很方便好吃，值得推薦
