I felt very good staying at the Yaduo Hotel on Changjiang North Road in Wuxi New District. The front desk staff was nice and kind. They helped us check in quickly and helped us solve problems. The staff also contacted us in time for things we forgot, saving unnecessary time and trouble. The hotel is clean and spacious. It is also very convenient to go to where we are going.

Enjoyed our stay here! Walkable distance from metro station. Some nice food downstairs (especially the xlb store). Hotel checked us in when we reached early. Service from the ladies at the reception was very good, fast delivery when requested for items to room as well. Free washing machine and dryers provided. When there was a queue for it, hotel sent a staff to help with the washing and drying. Very very good service! One thing that can be improved is the air conditioning. Booked 2 rooms, aircon in 1 room was faulty and checked room the 2nd night but that room had cigarette smell (inconsiderate guest). Reception applologied and sent us back with gift. Would definitely consider staying again when I'm back here!

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. As soon as we arrived at the front desk, they immediately offered us welcome cookies – one for each adult and child. The cookies were substantial and filled with nuts; the kids loved them! We heard they're a hotel specialty, retailing for 18 yuan a portion if bought separately. The hotel has a swimming pool that's open from 7 AM to 10 PM, and the water temperature was just right, so we didn't have to worry about the kids getting cold. Check-in was quick, and no deposit was required. They gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's amenities upon arrival. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, there was more than enough to eat, including milk, bread, eggs, congee, noodle soup, whole grains, salad, and some Western dishes (you can see pictures below). Overall, I'd give our stay a 5-star rating.

I came to Wuxi during the 11th holiday and booked this Atour hotel. The hotel is very new, the smart button switch, and the TV screen projection function is very good. The front desk service was very good, and 3 people stayed directly and presented a breakfast. Parking is free and convenient! When leaving the store, I also prepared water and fruit for the guests to enjoy on the return road, very intimate! Check the room and come to the news to remind if you missed clothes! In short, this store is worth recommending! Going to Wuxi again will choose to stay in the store!

The breakfast was very rich I would like to especially praise the waiter in the restaurant. When he saw the child serving milk, he took the initiative to ask the child if he needed help. I have stayed in many parent-child and five-star hotels, but it is still rare to see people who take the initiative to care for children. I was too lazy to go out for food during the Spring Festival, so I went to have a set meal at noon, and the portion was still very sufficient.

The check-in at the front desk was super fast, the fragrance in the hall was very good, and the service attitude of Xi Gui and Miss Yuan Xiaoxi was very good today. They also sent warm heart and left the store. Beizhi's little brother was so handsome. The room was particularly well lit. The bathroom nozzle was very fast, and there were disinfection wipes for dry and wet separation. Super friendly to cleanliness, the restaurant's noodles are invincible and delicious, the sister who cooks the noodles is very enthusiastic, and the staff helps to wash clothes, the gym opens 24 hours a day, the room aunt delivers things in time, and the takeaway will also have robots to deliver the room.

A cute hotel with a lovely Korean district right below! So close to the metro station! The room was generally clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend given the price!
