Hotel reception check in was smooth and pleasant. Miss Zhou provided helpful suggestions.
Upon check out, Mr Zhang offered to help carry our heavy luggage to the car. He's very attentive and friendly.

每次來無錫都是住這裏 方便出行 衞生 乾淨 鬧中取靜 離地鐵口走路三分鐘 旁邊就是恆隆廣場 下次來還是考慮這裏 離無錫高鐵站打車15分鐘

因為不喜歡浴缸，踩進踩出感覺挺危險的，因此定了個商務間淋浴房，房間衞生挺乾淨的，衞生間空間挺大，就是房間佈局不怎麼好，開門即是床，感覺睡在走廊裏一樣，沒有安全感，講點話外面聽的清清楚楚，前幾年也訂過這種商務房，感覺不是這樣的，可能裝修過了吧。

還行吧，市區走走方便，周邊小吃挺多，那個南長街夜市有長沙的茶顏悦色奶茶。然後那個如意菜館感覺吃不慣口味，太甜了。特別是那個薺菜炒年糕真心甜。

地理位置非常好，直接就在三陽廣場，緊挨着恆隆廣場，出行購物很方便。酒店硬件設施還比較新，環境也比較安靜。服務很不錯，門僮大叔搬運行李很賣力；前台美女很體貼，升級了房間，面積大、視線好。天氣炎熱，臨走的時候還特意贈送了小風扇，要特別感謝！
唯一不足的是早餐，因為是外包服務，所以質量水平和酒店不是很匹配。其實周邊吃早餐的地方有很多。
