The service attitude is very good. After checking in on the first night, because the water suddenly stopped while taking a shower, I called the front desk. The front desk staff quickly contacted me to discuss changing the room, and quickly solved the problem. The next day, they thoughtfully delivered a fruit plate , to express my apology. The accommodation environment is also very good.

It's super convenient to live here at NPU. It's right at the back door. There's something wrong with the air conditioner. It's loud and there's a loud ventilation sound.
