Mercure Xi'an Qujiang Hotel Reviews

I extended my stay at the Mercure Qujiang (Qujiang Meiju) through New Year’s Day, and the transition was flawless. Of course, the front desk staff accommodated all my needs, even one for a disposable razor. (It’s not part of the free stuff in the room, but available on request.) For those of you worried about whether the front desk staff speaks English, don’t. They have enough resources (translator apps or one of them) to be able to communicate with you quite effectively. For the price, THIS is the place to stay while in Qujiang, Xi’an!

I really liked the hotel, close to the metro station, It's a quiet, clean, comfortable place.

I was quite satisfied with the Mercure hotel in Xi'An and I got really great help from the staff. Mainly a lady named SUNNY who were able to speak english very well. She even brought me great support during her resting time by ordering food for me, The only thing for a foreigner is that it was not easy to find, just around the hotel, a nice place to eat or have a drink. Also, the breakfast in the hotel was veryday the same with very little choice. Still, I will still use this hotel next time I go to Xi'An as quality/price is is a great value.

The room was very clean, and the ladies at the customer service front desk were very nice. Even if I got sick in the middle of the night, they sent me a thermometer and breakfast. Water was given after check out.

The hotel comes with breakfast. There is an underground parking lot, but there are very few parking spaces. When the parking space is full, guests need to sort it out by themselves. The service attitude at the hotel's front desk and the facilities in the room are much worse than those at Atour next door!

The service is extremely poor. I have heard nothing from the customer who asked me to find something.

Xiao Zhang's service is friendly and his attitude is very good. The hotel environment is also very good.

1. The hotel windows are too small and the overall situation is a bit depressing; 2. The TV in the room is broken and cannot be played or projected. 3. There is construction outside the window and it is very noisy. The overall experience is not good, 1000+ rooms, a very bad stay.

A friend stayed in this hotel. I came here specially and chose this hotel. It was almost midnight when I checked in. I was already very tired. After I lay down, the hotel room smelled very strong. It must have been deliberately added to cover up the decoration smell. It smells so good that it makes me feel a little nauseous while lying on the bed, which makes me uncomfortable. Secondly, the sound insulation effect of the hotel is very poor. There are the sounds of guests in the corridor, the sound of chairs moving in the rooms next to them or upstairs and downstairs, and the sound of voices. I only slept for three hours one night, and I was always fascinated. Was woken up in a daze. Hope the hotel will make rectifications.

It can be considered a very unsatisfactory stay. The water flow in the shower head is extremely small, and it takes half an hour to wash it off. The toiletries are not twist-proof, so I dare not use them. The soundproofing is very poor, you can hear people walking upstairs early in the morning.
