We regret that we had not made your stay satisfactory!Regarding your concerns about the possible recycling of disposable slippers in our hotel, we would like to give you the most sincere explanation and commitment that our hotel strictly follows the rules on the use of disposable slippers, all the disposable slippers are for one-time use. Once a guest has checked out, our professional housekeeping team will immediately dispose of the used slippers with the trash and never allow them to return to the room service process.Our procurement process is rigorous and standardized, each batch of disposable slippers are purchased from formal and reputable suppliers which have strict quality inspection and sanitary protection. The slippers are stored in a sealed and clean environment before guest check in, ensuring that they are not opened or used before you use them.Our hotel has always put the health and satisfaction of guests in the top place, and no effort has been spared in our hygiene management. From the comprehensive cleaning and disinfection of rooms to the hygiene maintenance of public areas, every process is completed under strict standards and supervision.
