衞生：房間本身採光就不好 燈還昏暗 洗手間沒有乾濕分離，洗手枱下還有上一個客人掉了一撮頭髮，太噁心了 沒拍照，帕子上還有紅色的東西 一摸還掉的 到處糊，一次性的拖鞋也不給換 硬是穿了四天三晚 牙刷牙膏一體式 晚上用了 第二天早上也沒什麼用了…..地毯也是黃黃的 窗子也不隔音 房間也不隔音 ….

酒店位置OK，離小寨不遠，去大唐不夜城挺方便，去小南門早市因為下雨叫不到車竟然有一個公交車可以直達。就是設施有些老了，可能下雨的緣故房間有點味道，看起來不新。但是房間挺大，而且很多小細節比如房間內有餐具，有臟衣簍等挺好的。門臉不大在一個公寓裏佔了幾層，服務非常好，我們到的早，前台小姐姐給提前給了房卡讓我們去休息，存行李，退房都非常快捷和周到，還提供早餐，雖然比較簡單，但是勝在味道不錯，我們住了兩晚，兩天的早餐菜品還不一樣，非常性價比的酒店了。

辦理入住後第一個房間衞生間排風扇是壞的，屋裡很大味道，後來換了一個，衞生間是好了，但是手盆要掉了的感覺，房頂還有漏過水的痕跡，電視遙控器竟然不可以開關電視，需要拔插電源，地毯也是感覺不是每次都用吸塵器吸，近看也不是好乾凈，感覺真的不是很好。早餐還可以。攜程多推送點好的，性價比好的酒店吧！

在西安的第二晚，房間比較大，可能是因為酒店開的比較早吧，在寫字樓裏面，電梯裏有一股酸酸的味道，房間設施還不錯，因為和朋友一起，為了能挨着，店家還給做了免費升級，這一點很不錯。早餐也還可以。

注意‼️圖片不是朱雀酒店，是當地朋友後來介紹的南二環H酒店，價格比朱雀便宜，服務態度也好。去西安8天，在朱雀酒店踩雷4天，有兩天是前台讓我在他們的小程序下單，結果服務還這麼差！
第一，我在朱雀酒店提前預訂，和前台説了幾遍，訂好得房型自作主張給我換麻將房，親子房，我們兩個人提前3天訂好的大床房連續3天跟我説沒房開給了別人！
第二,前台電話找不到人，不接電話，連毛巾都找不到人送。
第三，裝修設備陳舊，廁所一直泛味，床都在房樑下，住了幾天都做噩夢。
第四，我不是託，真實消費者，攜程有等級，大家不要懷疑我上面説的話，可以自己去驗證這兩個酒店。

離體育站有1公里，走到酒店很方便
設施：設施相對老舊了，畢竟酒店年頭長了
服務：前台服務有點愛答不理的，對比常住酒店服務，他家有待提升
早餐:早餐比較豐盛，8點多去吃種類還比較多
伴手禮:伴手禮就是一瓶水和一小包零食，退房的時候給
環境：停車很方便，酒店門口就是停車位
周圍吃飯地方很多，選了一家大廚小菜，騎車8分鐘到

整體入住體驗不錯，先説位置，位於市區較繁華地段，距離地鐵站約1公里左右，去大雁塔也就2站很方便。房間比預想的好一點，有個超大陽台，景色很贊，衞生還不錯，入住有送水果，退房有送小禮物，這點非常不錯。早餐一般般，不過這個價格已經不錯了，附近沒什麼吃的，地鐵站附近有很多。最後説停車，樓下有停車場，是免費的，車位不是很多，來晚了停車會比較困難。總體暑假這個時間性價比不錯，所以給五星。

價格很實惠，在西安選五百元以下的家庭房不易。酒店門前有免費停車，有贈送伴手禮小吃，早餐也還行。附近有吃飯的地方和大超市，就是距離公交和地鐵有點遠，門不能反鎖，樓層高了洗澡時水壓有點小。
