從北郊來西交大面試的，房東姐姐的態度真的巨好，怕我找不到路，從下地鐵就開始打電話指路，而且地鐵站離的也不遠。以為中午就能面試完，一直到了下午三四點，房間衣服什麼的都沒收拾，但是房東姐姐並沒有説什麼，還問面試情況什麼的，巨温柔，阿姨也很好，把東西都放到了一起。而且，房間是電競房，電腦配置很高，推薦。

整體還不錯，但是老闆的電話已註銷，攜程現在還沒有改，需要點進客服打電話聯繫上阿姨，最好提前聯繫，因為位置和攜程上有差別，老闆説他們家有好幾處房，所以分到哪裡得提前問清楚，不然到了卻沒有人還打不通電話肯定很麻煩。

總體失望，避雷
1.別的顧客（非住户！和維修人員沒敲門直接開門進來找東西
2.流20分鐘才能勉強有温水始終達不到熱水
3.房間很冷，説是有暖氣但腳地上是冰的，不提供空調遙控
4.公共衞浴在詳情頁沒有標註，而且未標註公共衞浴的情況下房間面積明顯與詳情頁不符
5.私人改造的民宿，且在咸陽區，服務這個情況，明顯溢價嚴重了
好的一點是配備了羅技鼠標鍵盤（雖然沒用不知道具體）

乾淨衞生，服務熱情，設施齊全很新，酒店本來是下午2:00才能入住，我們早晨8:00就到了，老闆也讓我們提前入住了。住了三天，感覺非常舒適，超級贊，以後每次去都住哪裡啦
