Hotel location is a bit far from the city. The nearest subway station is a good 12 minute walk.
The room is clean .However despite non smoking signs , the hotel does not seem to exercise strict control. Room allocated to me has lingering tobacco smell and upon my request, hotel upgraded me to a supreme room after checking several rooms which have tobacco smell.
Front desk staff are very helpful to provide infor to places of interests as well as restaurants. They also helped to book taxis for us. Generally a good hotel though it is a little remote from the city centre.

It's a 25-minute walk to Xi'an North Railway Station and a 16-minute walk to Line 2 subway station. There are many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and the sanitary conditions are satisfactory.
