The front desk upgraded the parent-child room with a small tent and dolls, which the children like very much. It takes 10 minutes to walk to popular attractions such as Joy City and Never Sleeps City, which is very convenient for eating and playing. It is quiet in the bustling area and the environment is very good. The only drawback is that the breakfast restaurant is a bit small.

Let me start with the conclusion: This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in the past five years, no doubt about it. I passed by Xi'an and stayed overnight, thinking that I could go shopping nearby, so I booked this hotel. The price was slightly higher than several surrounding hotels, and I thought it should be okay for more than 600 yuan. The result was the beginning of a nightmare. I looked at the pictures on the Internet and found that it was okay. After checking in, I found that the decoration texture was poor, there was hair in the bathroom, and the hotel had no sense of service. I had to press the room card to borrow an umbrella, which was ridiculous. The worst thing was that I checked in at 11 o'clock in the evening, and there was all kinds of noise. There was no noise next door. I listened to the snoring next door for a night, and found that the heads of the two rooms were placed together. The windows were not soundproof, and the sound outside the main road could be heard clearly. In the picture, I saw a large smoke exhaust fan outside the window, or a duct machine. In the early morning, I called the front desk at more than 1 o'clock and couldn't sleep. The service was very good and gave me an earplug to sleep. I really thank you all in the hotel. I stay in the hotel for about 100 days a year, and I successfully avoided thunder for everyone. Listen to people's advice, eat a full meal, and see you forever.

I would like to commend He Chuhua, Song Xiaoyue and Wan Yan, the three front desk ladies, for their thoughtful service and help during my stay. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The transportation is convenient and it is quiet in a busy city. I will come again next time

Newly renovated hotel, complete facilities, clean and hygienic, disposable toilet covers, next to The Longest Day in Chang'an, not far from the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Tang Paradise, and subway entrance, centrally located, took a 3pm train, late check-out, originally read the reviews and received a bad review for not delaying until 2pm, the service has improved, very good!

The location is excellent, no more than ten minutes' walk from the Tang Dynasty City, but not too disturbed by the crowd. The decoration is quite stylish, and many sisters (aunts) who check in in Hanfu also pose for photos at the entrance of the hotel. They gave me thoughtful snacks, eye masks, and earplugs, and I had a great night's rest. This trip was too hasty, and I can stay here next time I come to Xi'an. It is very convenient to Furong Garden and Twelve Hours, and not far from Lao Mi's Pao Mo in Yanta District, where there are also excellent Roujiamo. Eating, drinking and having fun are all in one stop

The room is clean and the service is good. The surrounding environment is very quiet at night. The breakfast in the restaurant is good, with both Chinese and Western styles. There is also a sky garden outside the restaurant, which is very nice with birds singing and flowers blooming. You can go out for a walk after dinner. It is very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and there is also a subway station nearby.

The hotel is in a great location, just a two-minute walk from Twelve Hours and the City That Never Sleeps. I took my kids out to play and encountered a small problem in the hotel. The front desk and the manager actively solved it with a very good attitude. I am very satisfied with this hotel and will recommend it to my friends who come to Xi'an.
