Excellent City Center Choice! A Truly Satisfying Xi'an Trip! For my trip to Xi'an, I chose Fiman Hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint! It definitely deserves a full five-star rating! 【Prime Location】 The hotel boasts a truly prime location. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Bell Tower subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The Muslim Quarter and Drum Tower are right next door, making it fantastic to grab snacks and enjoy the night views in the evening! For tourists, this saves a significant amount of travel time and cost. 【Attentive and Warm Service】 Check-in at the front desk was quick, the staff were very friendly, and thoughtfully inquired about my preferences for floor and quietness. Any questions I had were answered with great patience, making me feel like I was talking to friends. 【Impeccable Environment & Hygiene】 The hotel lobby is stylish and well-designed. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and all facilities were new. Cleaning was done promptly every day, and amenities were fully replenished. 【Rich and Delicious Breakfast】 The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options, including authentic Shaanxi noodles and snacks. The taste was excellent, leaving me feeling energized to start my day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay here far surpassed what I anticipated and offered excellent value for money! On a recent trip to Xi'an, I stayed at the Mercure Xi'an Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter hotel, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! The area is packed with amazing food, and the Muslim Quarter is right on its doorstep, making it incredibly easy to indulge in local cuisine and sightseeing whenever you want. It's a dream come true for food lovers and sightseeing enthusiasts! Plus, transportation is incredibly convenient; the subway station is nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. * **Fantastic Rooms:** The rooms are spacious and bright. The bedding features an international Mlily mattress, so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby and woke up feeling completely refreshed. With automatic curtains, the morning sun won't bother you; no alarm needed. The 65-inch TV is a joy to watch, and as a coffee lover, the drip-bag coffee available made me incredibly happy. They even thoughtfully provided anti-slip slippers for the elderly and children's slippers, adding a touch of luxury and care. * **Outstanding Dining:** The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. Chinese options included Roujiamo (meat burger), Hu Lu Tang (spicy soup), Saozi Noodles, Egg Noodles, Liangpi (cold noodles), and Zenga (steamed glutinous rice cake) – every bite tasted authentically Xi'an. Western options featured croissants, Danish pastries, matcha cake, whole wheat toast, and you could even DIY cold cuts and vegetables. There were fresh and canned fruits, a wide selection of hot dishes, fried items, and beverages. To my surprise, they also offered complimentary afternoon tea and late-night congee. You absolutely won't go hungry here! * **Attentive Service:** From check-in at the front desk to housekeeping, all staff members were enthusiastic and patient. We received welcome fruits upon check-in and complimentary bedtime desserts in the evening, which was a heartwarming touch. The hotel even offers a free airport pick-up service, which is incredibly friendly for tourists! If you're visiting Xi'an, you absolutely can't go wrong with this hotel. It offers unbeatable value for money, a super comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

My child and I had a fantastic experience traveling in Xi'an. We received a complimentary room upgrade and free breakfast for our child. The hotel is conveniently located, making it very easy to get to the Muslim Quarter. The washing machines and dryers in the laundry room were very new and clean, and the staff even helped dry our clothes. Our child absolutely loved the complimentary cookies from Atour Hotel. The complimentary late-night porridge was a lovely touch, making us feel right at home after busy days exploring the sights.

I spotted this hotel on Ctrip with excellent reviews, and after staying here, it truly lived up to expectations – a fantastic experience overall. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from popular spots like the Bell and Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, Sajinqiao Food Street, Xiaonanmen, Andingmen, and even Xi'an Children's Hospital. Plus, Qiaozikou Metro Station (Line 6) is right at the doorstep, making getting around incredibly easy. The front desk staff, especially the lady, were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always going above and beyond to help. They even surprised us with complimentary breakfast! We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend for another night.

Great hotel, excellent location. Metro staion Guangjijie line 6 out front alongside a convenience store, KFC and half a dozen nice Chinese food outlets. Drum tower 250m down the road, and Bell Tower and the main boulevard a bit further. All near the south gate. Breakfast is a modest variety but delicious, and well re-stocked. The room was large, with excellent fittings and furnishings, with a nice local outlook from the windows. The window opens for some fresh air if required. The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers. And free washing detergent. All the staff from reception to cleaners to cooks are lovely, and do their jobs really well.

The bathroom was spotless and the toiletries were of high quality; the attention to detail was truly impressive. ## Extensive Breakfast The hotel's breakfast selection was so rich it was dazzling! From traditional Chinese delicacies to exquisite Western pastries, every single item was prepared with great care and thoughtfulness. Fresh fruit, freshly made omelets, and coffee were all available, catering to various tastes. I could always start my day feeling full and energized! ## Attentive Service The staff here are simply amazing! From check-in to check-out, every interaction was filled with meticulous care and concern. One day, I accidentally left something in my room, and the front desk staff promptly found it for me and carefully kept it safe, which truly touched me. ## Excellent Value for Money Given its prime location, the quality of stay at such an affordable price is incredible! The value for money is simply unbeatable. I truly feel this hotel is worth every penny, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose it again on my next visit!

The location is good, about 200 meters away from the Beidajie subway station, and close to the Bell and Drum Tower. Although it is close to Muslim Street, it is recommended to walk around instead of buying things. The road in front of the hotel is full of snacks, Xiaopi Alley, and Sajin Bridge!

My family of 9 stayed in Xi’An Bell Tower Manxin Hotel for a week and it is by far the best hotels we hv stayed in our many recent trips to China. Love that it is newly opened just a few months ago and the location is a comfortable walking distance away to the Bell Tower and Hui Min Muslim Street. Lots of nice restaurants, eateries and shops surrounding the hotel and the metro station is also a short walk away. Fell in love with the hotel’s hardworking robot as well as the super clean and lovely laundry facilities which are free for guests to use. Hotel room is big. Breakfast spread is amazing too! It will remain my #1 choice when we revisit Xi’An for sure. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is in an excellent location — right on top of Metro Line 2 (Exit B), which is directly connected to Xi’anbei Railway Station. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the Bell Tower, 5 minutes to the Drum Tower and the Muslim Quarter, and only one stop away from the City Wall. The food court on Level 1 makes dining super convenient. The room was very spacious and comfortable — absolutely great value for money. Highly recommended!
