Xi'an Lianhu District 4-star Hotels

The location is perfectly situated within 5 minutes walk from the Drum tower and nearby metro station. The room was a really good size. Quiet and clean. The lobby smelled of smoke occasionally as I believe they permit smoking which was not so pleasant but it seems common across China. Overall it was a good stay. The A/C in room 329 didn’t work just for the hotel’s information. It wasn’t needed during my stay but it’s good to be aware and rectify for when high summer hits.

This is a great hotel in most ways. It is very convenient to the Xi'an metro! The breakfast is good. The front desk service is great. The laundry machines work very well. The rooms are adequate and clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing. People in the hallway sound as if your door is open. People walking or moving chairs in the room above are easily heard. If you are a sound sleeper, this hotel is excellent. If not, it is good.

The hotel was amazing, the room was convinient and clean and comfortable. the staff was incredible! There was a robot that could provide u a water for the room, a small gym, and laundry machines, breakfast was served from 7.00am and it was really tasty. Big thank you to the lady that also did amazing service with the ironing.  It was such a great stay here, I really recommend everyone choosing that hotel. The location was also good, nearby the bell tower.

Excellent hotel with warm hospitality and conveniently located. I felt welcomed during my stay and the staff were eager to help. They went above and beyond to deliver a plate of fruit to the room every day and one of the front desk staff even accompanied me to a nearby fruit shop to help me find what I was looking for. I would recommend staying here!

The price is a bit expensive, the room is suitable for a family and is quite big. The location is OK, a little distance from the clock tower.

Both front counter staff and the cleaner all are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The lobby is cleaned very carefully every day and the cleaner helps to keep the room tidy and neat, with new towels and toilet paper available daily. Furthermore, the counter staff has helped with problems with a calm and patient attitude, for example, helping with location problems for booking a car to certain destinations as well as giving suggestions for restaurants for meals. The additional evening snack （雪茸银養）was free, delicious, healthy, not too sweet and suitable for all ages. Moreover, the coffee break was delightful, their coffee was great and their accompanying cookies had a flowery fragrance. Thank you 😊

Very good located near de Bell and Drum towers. The Muslim area and walkingstreet are just around the corner at the Metro entrance is in the front. First hotel with an airconditioner that is actually cold!! The water pressure for the shower is as strong as a waterfall. But the best thing is the staff, they are all very polite and helpful. The free Bami in the evening is very good and the lady Ms Guo Yangli who looks after the bami station at night is so lovely, she keeps asking if you want some more and made new bowls continuously for us, she really deserves five stars for her kind hospitality.

Nice clean room. Soft white fluffy towels. Can request additional drinking water from reception. Bathroom was nice with 3 options shower. Hand held shower, rain shower n tap option which is very convenient for Muslims for wudhud. WC was in a different partition with auto flushing. Manager Mr Qi and staff were very attentive and helpful. One of the staff showed us our room. Since we don't know Chinese, we communicate using translator. Upon checkout we received a surprise souvenir, very nice fridge magnets. Strategically located near Zhonglou subway station exit C gate 8. Close to Bell Tower n Muslim quarters. No problem finding halal food.

The hotel is very modern and stylish, very instagrammable indeed. The view from our room is great especially in the night time. Check in and check out is easy and fast. The reception is friendly and help us a lot in recommending travel plan. (Special thanks to Xiao Gao, 小高, our lovely receptionist) Bed is very comfortable, the hotel use very high quality stuff in the room. The only thing I wish for is having more power outlet in the room. ( there are usb ports for charging though. We have like 3 phones, 2 power banks, and 1 camera so that's quite a lot of outlet needed) In conclusion, it's a beautiful hotel well worth the price, very good location. And we had a great time staying here.

The floor of the room is very clean, the sheets and pillowcases are neat, and the bath water is quite nice and hot, which allows tired people to relax well. The whole room is very warm, the room service is in place, and you can see the night view of the ring road at night, which is really good. The breakfast buffet restaurant has a wide variety of food. It has everything you want to eat. It is impressive and I will come again next time I go on a business trip. The parking lot is free and there are plenty of parking spaces.
